The upside of Intellishift is the accuracy of placement of the fleet. Being able to track various drivers and routes for speed and mileage in real time prevents mishaps. It's easy to use, easy to follow. They come out when called and do the installations quickly and professionally. Very easy to implement. We use it every day. My experience with IntelliShift has been very positive, especially regarding its ease of use and implementation. One downside I’ve experienced with IntelliShift is the customer support, particularly the time it takes to get responses to emails. What I really like best about IntelliShift is how it brings so much crucial fleet data together in one place. The real-time GPS tracking is incredibly accurate and helps us dispatch vehicles much more efficiently and provide better ETAs to customers. On top of that, the integrated safety features, like driver behavior monitoring and dash cam integration, are invaluable; getting alerts for harsh braking or speeding allows us to proactively coach drivers and significantly improve safety across the board. While IntelliShift is powerful, I find the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at times, navigating and finding exactly what you need isn't always the most intuitive, especially for newer users. The cost can also feel a bit on the higher side compared to some basic telematics systems, and scaling up with additional features can add up quickly. Ability to track driving practices of employees to determine how to improve safer practices.

Ability to view videos and request videos for a clear picture of what is occurring or to determine a occurrence (example car was hit while parked and unoccupied).

During the pilot there were multiple levels throughout the team and as a large community based program we have several staff driving all day. One part I found challenging was telematic events that I couldn't get more detail on such as harsh turning and causes that could contribute Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I been using Intellishift for 9 year I my current job. Intellishift is very good for tracking our drivers. it shows their exact location and how long they spend on the delivery. Also, if later on the month if I want to review how was driving the vehicle I could just go back and find the information on report. I like the new camara version.

The only I don’t like is when I request a video and they always said the video is not available. If has a lot to improve, for example, the tracking Device not working properly. Intellishift is very helpful just by the basic operations of the app. Technology always has its niches and crannies, but this app is very straight to the point and gives no room for error. I feel like anyone who access this app will have success in its process. I have none at this time, what I can say is that my own human error was me selecting the same car twice. But, on the Apps end honestly, I cannot complain. Anytime that we have had questions or concerns there has been support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Its real-time tracking capabilities. Im able to track my drivers up to the second without lag or delay.

Staff is very knowledgeable, whenever I have had to call they pick up the phone on the first few rings, and its a live person, very responsive on email , able to assist with questions either with staff on phone or they will reach out to their techs , software easy to use. IntelliShift is very user-friendly and its functionality is irreplaceable in keeping track of our news crews' locations out in the field. The map view allows us to see how far someone is from a breaking news scene, and who is the closest to other areas in times of crisis.
