Now, it is extremely simple to use and also effective. The lag between real-time and the vehicle locations has significantly decreased, which is a great thing. **What do you dislike about IntelliShift?** The trip log from past trips still needs some tweaking. Being able to track various drivers and routes for speed and mileage in real time prevents mishaps. It's easy to use, easy to follow. They come out when called and do the installations quickly and professionally. Very easy to implement. We use it every day. And customer support has always been efficient and painless. **What do you dislike about IntelliShift?** The only downside to Intellishift is the holes where GPS doesn't work due to tower / iron ore alignment and I can't blame Intelligence for that. **What problems is IntelliShift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intellishift shows us where the various elements of the fleet are actually at in real time, making redirection simple and painless. We get reports on speed overages that allow us to train the drivers better and reduce insurance risks. Also, if later on the month if I want to review how was driving the vehicle I could just go back and find the information on report. I like the new camara version. So far, I think is one of the best companies to track your employees because you know where they are and how long they take to do a delivery. **What do you dislike about IntelliShift?** The only I don’t like is when I request a video and they always said the video is not available. As a Sanitation and Recycling company, we wanted to show others that in fact our trucks were at certain addresses and their times.
