I truly appreciate their open API feature which enables us to send stops to the map, offering seamless integration with our Point of Rental software. This compatibility ensures we can see where each delivery crew will be going throughout their day, improving our efficiency. The pricing is another standout feature; I have not found any other fleet tracking solution that offers such great value at this price point. I find the UI on the back end to be a bit laggy and glitchy at times. Occasionally, the vehicle points on the map don't appear to be exactly where they should be, and sometimes the video previews don't display properly.
