What do you like best about One Step GPS?

The software and equipment is very easy to use. Whether you're tracking an individual asset or an entire fleet of vehicles, their easy-to-use tools are excellent. Real-time tracking and geofencing is very accurate and the best I've seen in the industry. The mobile app is also simple to use and very reliable. Also, the mobile app supports SMS messaging to send alerts via text in case your cell service is too weak to use the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about One Step GPS?

Depending on the GPS signal for each device (and cell service), sometimes real-time tracking can lag a bit. That said, I've only ever noticed about a 1-2 minute delay in reporting real-time locations & vehicle speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is One Step GPS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before GPS tracking, our company could not fully verify the exact time certain vehicles departed our warehouse, even with security cameras. With live geofencing alerts, I know exactly when any vehicles/assets enter or leave the job site and/or home base.
