Overall, my experience with LOCUS has been very positive. The LOCUS app is easy to use, and even new riders can quickly understand and operate it. However, the local language translation still feels slightly unnatural in some areas, so this could be improved to make the user experience even better. The dashboard is also user-friendly and provides all the key information we need in a clear table format. It helps us measure carrier team performance more efficiently and saves a significant amount of time compared with manual tracking in spreadsheets. The API connection performance between SAP and LOCUS is working reliably with fast speed. When an issue occurs in the API flow, we are able to check and identify it quickly, which helps support smooth daily operations. In addition, the support team, including the service desk and key account team, has been excellent. They respond quickly to new or change requests and provide real-time progress updates, which gives us good visibility and confidence during the process. Considering the features, reliability, support quality, and reasonable price, I strongly recommend LOCUS for companies looking for a track-and-trace service provider.
