I like Geotab’s reliable performance and real-time data. It helps us monitor vehicle activity, identify issues quickly, reduce downtime, and improve overall fleet efficiency.

I like how Geotab turns raw vehicle data into decisions that managers can actually use, like identifying why fuel costs are increasing, determining which drivers need training, and knowing which vehicles need maintenance. I value the dashboard and reporting capabilities the most because they allow me to view total fleet utilization, distinguish between active and idle vehicles, track miles or kilometers driven, assess vehicle downtime, and rank driver performance. Instead of looking at individual vehicles, I get a comprehensive report in the dashboard. The driver performance reports are also helpful for seeing excessive idling, speeding events, the number of stops each vehicle makes, and finding which routes are more efficient. Additionally, the improved driver safety programs, the availability of more vehicle data and diagnostics, and the ability to integrate with BI tools are notable advantages.

It’s very user-friendly, easy to maneuver, and simple to teach. Everything is visible at a glance and easy to access. It’s also been easy to integrate into our daily schedules and routing.
