Tekmon acts as a dedicated department for coordination and linking between different departments. Adding contact lists is easy, and I love that it allows for the inclusion of the different communication channels we use. As a member of the project management department, I love using Tekmon when there is a delay in important activities, and it is great that I can choose the people to whom the alert should be conveyed and send them the alert directly. The main weakness that affects Tekmon is the different visibility offline. This means that once a notification is sent, I am not in a position to see whether the recipient received the notification when they were offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
