Tekmon acts as a dedicated department for coordination and linking between different departments. Adding contact lists is easy, and I love that it allows for the inclusion of the different communication channels we use. As a member of the project management department, I love using Tekmon when there is a delay in important activities, and it is great that I can choose the people to whom the alert should be conveyed and send them the alert directly. Tekmon saved our early alert system, took care of the privacy of the information, and enabled us to convey it to the concerned parties in a concise manner, delivering the information to them exactly so that they can start taking appropriate action. This makes Tekmon especially strong in the way of multi-channel communication. What do you dislike about Tekmon? The main weakness that affects Tekmon is the different visibility offline. Sometimes, there have been cases where the internet connection is poor especially in remote areas, and this has slowed down the delivery of crucial messages to the team.
