Tekmon acts as a dedicated department for coordination and linking between different departments. Adding contact lists is easy, and I love that it allows for the inclusion of the different communication channels we use. As a member of the project management department, I love using Tekmon when there is a delay in important activities, and it is great that I can choose the people to whom the alert should be conveyed and send them the alert directly.
