**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

The team at TeamFusion has a speedy turnaround when working on projects. They helped us to launch an internal, personalized, and guided career path platform to skill up our staff. With the help of TeamFusion, we built and launched an internal training portal for our staff. The team worked with us to personalize guided career paths for staff members by job role. They enabled us to automate our internal training and certification processes.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

The admin center and setting up learning paths and resources is not as intuitive right away, and can seem a bit complex.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the process by which staff prepares for and takes certifications.

**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

It's great that TeamFusion is able to automate the way we display personalized information and give me a robust set of analytics to track how our audiences engage with training and content.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

It can take some time to get familiar with all of the features that TeamFusion offers to be able to get the most out of the solution, but the TeamFusion team has been super helpful whenever we have questions on how to accomplish something.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamFusion:**

Take advantage of the great onboarding to get the most out of a TeamFusion implementation.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to effectively train sales reps on GTM activities across various product lines within our marketplace. Some of the products can be quite technical in nature so it's great to have a streamlined way to run sales enablement.

**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

TeamFusion is very easy to use and maintain. The interface is intuitive and the navigation is simple. Unlike other learning management systems I have used in the past, I can quickly publish content in TeamFusion and push this to my participants within minutes.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

There is very little to find not to like. There is minor areas that would be nice to have, but overall I have not found anything that I truly dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamFusion:**

Yes, myself and the rest of my team would recommend using TeamFusion.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We leverage TeamFusion for our internal enablement and training compliance. A vast majority of our training delivery is handled through the TeamFusion environment, so it is important that it works and that it is easy to navigate.

**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

TeramFusion offers many features, including a video feature to record and receive feedback. The reporting feature is robust, and the customization of your resources is easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

I haven't come across a downside. The couple of features that we identified that we requested was implemented immediately. I can't say enough about the customer support that this company provides. They go far and beyond what's needed. Always open to change and enhancements to meet the customer's needs. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Excellent product; considering the amount of LMS available, you can't go wrong with all you get with this product.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using TeamFusion as our internal LMS, managing the courses for our company and partners.

**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

This is a good tool for digitalizing all training and onboarding materials, what is exceptionally useful in the age of remote work. Thus, you have all training materials and activities gathered in one place with all necessary analytics and automatic personalization of info. Support Team is very helpful in cases you need some guidance or need to find some customized solution.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

I do not think I can highlight some significant blockers. Sometimes I am lost with mapping between learning materials and a relevant training program it should refer to, but I think this is because I am new to this.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Fusion helps us a lot with delivering trainings and onboarding materials as well as with checking the progress of newly hired employees, defining lacunes in their understanding of certain things and managing the learning process in general.

The developers always take my requests for new features and implement them in the shortest time. It's also very easo to make an onboarding program in TeamFusion

Sometimes it takes a lot of steps to open the page or analytics I need, they're hidden in other pages

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamFsuion has helped us with uor online onboarding, we've uploaded all the materials and can see the user's progress - so we're always sure that our employees have had a full onboarding

TeamFusion has an excellent platform that is fast and reliable. My company used it to white label pieces of training and create a self service portals for our providers.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

Nothing! TeamFusion is on point with their platform and is always up-to-date on the latest technology. The customer service is amongst the best in the industry.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamFusion solved my problem finding a self service portal for my company to house data for our providers. They provided a seamless training process that was easy to understand.

**What do you like best about TeamFusion?**

The ability to email and get basic how-to questions answered.  Short, focused training sessions.  I love that when new features are deployed, I get a heads up and am notified if they think I might be interested in the new feature.

**What do you dislike about TeamFusion?**

I would like more robust reporting or more granular reports that I can export to excel.  I would like visibility to better was to in mass clean up or archive outdated resources.

**What problems is TeamFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to provide online training to customers we've been able to roll out multiple training programs that can be used by customers in different industries.  We also use Team Fusion to host our internal functional consulting training.

There are a lot of features and layers to TeamFusion - it can take time to learn.

We've been able to integrate external learning apps for a one-stop-shop solution and roll out customized and curated learning content for our international team.

All features there are well-designed, user experience with an easy-to-navigate interface, fully adjustable for multiple teams covering e-learning purposes (customize onboarding & ongoing teams practices with quizzes, recording pitch with possibilities to look deeper into the script, ton of voice, and wide range of analytics)

The complex and sophisticated platform that takes time to learn the basics of the admin role.

The possibility to customize the platform and adjust it to different roles' needs and great analytics on each user activity is very helpful.

TeamFusion is an incredibly robust and powerful platform that seems to cover all of our learning and training needs while maintaining an easy-to-use experience.

Hard to think of anything to dislike. The support team is super responsive when we run into any questions or need help executing a project.

We're using TeamFusion to conduct technical and sales onboarding for our ecosystem of sales agents.

Onboarding, getting people aligned, especially under lockdown. We have plans to have more engagement from the team - education activities, roles descriptions, etc.
