
I appreciate the setup process of TeamCare being straightforward and not difficult at all. The web version makes it easy as you just type the address and your credentials to get started. I love the modern and sleek appearance of TeamCare, which isn't jaggy around the edges, making it visually appealing. I find the automatic computation of overdue cleaning schedules incredibly helpful. TeamCare computes the days or months overdue, sparing me from manual calculations. The filtering capability that highlights only the patients due for cleaning saves me time and effort. I greatly appreciate how TeamCare integrates seamlessly with Open Dental, automatically extracting necessary data and managing patient scheduling efficiently. I also value the leaderboards function as it provides us with monthly and real-time stats, offering a summary of patient outreach and scheduling. The user interface is very intuitive, and I find it easy to navigate through different functions. I find the platform occasionally quite laggy, particularly due to the large number of clients and offices we cover, although it's somewhat manageable. The dashboard seems clunky and overloaded with features and items that are not necessary for my particular use case. I would appreciate an option to exclude those items to streamline my experience.
