I find the automatic computation of overdue cleaning schedules incredibly helpful. TeamCare computes the days or months overdue, sparing me from manual calculations. The filtering capability that highlights only the patients due for cleaning saves me time and effort. I greatly appreciate how TeamCare integrates seamlessly with Open Dental, automatically extracting necessary data and managing patient scheduling efficiently. I also value the leaderboards function as it provides us with monthly and real-time stats, offering a summary of patient outreach and scheduling. The user interface is very intuitive, and I find it easy to navigate through different functions. Security is a major highlight for me, with the software handling patient information very well, giving me confidence in data protection.
