Implementation was easy and I had it set up in a hurry. I had one quick question and the dev team helped me out right away. It's the only tool we found that could get emails from Outlook to Airtable in the way that we needed them to. TaskRobin has been very responsive in helping work out bugs, answer questions, etc. **What do you dislike about TaskRobin.io?** Typically takes 1 business day for them to respond. There have been a few bugs but they've been helpful in working them out quickly. The UI was easy to comprehend and integrated well with our AirTable implementation. Moreover, the creator of the tool was very responsive when I reached out with an inquiry--great customer support! **What do you dislike about TaskRobin.io?** The only thing worth mentioning would be the slight confusion around changes to accounts from my trial to my client's account but that's a relatively minor point. I send my receipts to a table for my bookkeeper, my client emails to their profile to track their file and have everything in one place, and more! It's slick and easy to set-up; I was up and running very quickly without any headaches. When I needed help, the service (from Daniel, the Founder) was very responsive and resolution was found immediately. I'm thrilled I found this product in the AirTable Marketplace and will recommend it to anyone I know that is using AirTable. **What do you dislike about TaskRobin.io?** Nothing so far! Everything is working as it should and the technology was easy to set up. **What problems is TaskRobin.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** TaskRobin.io solved a gap in being able to link my Google Workspace email account and my AirTable CRM. Without it, I would have had to move my entire workflow to a new platform. While I wish AirTable had an email integration service natively, I love TaskRobin.io for filling this gap for me so seamlessly. ### 7. It makes email processing a blast. Specially for those that can't be delt with immediately but need to be put into a system for later management. I have a hard time mentioning anything that I dislike per se. I really struggle to add the minimum characters here. **What problems is TaskRobin.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sorting incoming emails and processing them when they need more attention than a simple reply.
