**Describe the project or task Synaptic Advisors helped with:**

We currently use Youreka forms to allow our Salesforce users to fill out forms in Salesforce and allow those forms to stay on the record.  We also use the forms to launch workflows.

**What do you like best about Synaptic Advisors?**

The Youreka product is great and unique in that it could solve a problem for us that no other vendor could.  You can pull in Salesforce data without having to have every question on the form be a Salesforce field.  The form is easy to configure and update and the team that we work with is unmatched as far as customer service and knowledge is concerned.

**What do you dislike about Synaptic Advisors?**

I like everything about the tool, it functions as promised.

**What problems is Synaptic Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our reps to submit internal requests and route them to the correct person, it also allows us to have externally facing forms to send to our customer.  This allows us to pull in the Salesforce data we have so the customer does not have to do double entry.
