The Youreka product is great and unique in that it could solve a problem for us that no other vendor could. You can pull in Salesforce data without having to have every question on the form be a Salesforce field. It allows our reps to submit internal requests and route them to the correct person, it also allows us to have externally facing forms to send to our customer.
