What I like about the newer updates in SureMDM by 42Gears is how much more unified and automation‑driven the platform has become. The enhanced Zero‑Touch Enrollment, deeper Android Enterprise and Apple MDM controls, and improved remote troubleshooting make device management faster and less manual. The updated UI and granular policy controls also make large‑scale deployments easier, more secure, and far more administrator‑friendly than before. It is used for BYOD devices and even for corporate devices. We can simply monitor the devices from its console remotely and can also wipe the data remotely. Customer support team is so much technical in terms of understanding the issues, being an Administrator of the tool i am a frequent user. Profile and policy management could be more flexible. Currently, applying changes often requires creating separate profiles, which can become difficult to manage at scale. It would be helpful to have a default (base) profile with the ability to add sub-policies or override rules for specific changes, without overwriting the main profile.
