**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion makes it really easy to push APKs and manage devices at scale. The remote deployment and update features save us a lot of time, and the dashboard gives clear visibility on device status. It’s reliable, reduces manual work, and helps us keep all devices compliant without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion works well overall, but APK deployments can sometimes be slow or inconsistent across devices. When installs fail, it’s not always easy to troubleshoot because the error feedback is limited. Also, some advanced automation and customization options feel a bit restricted, which can slow down operations.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion helps us manage devices at scale without needing to physically touch them. We can push APKs, updates, and policies centrally, which saves time and reduces manual work. It also gives us better visibility and control, so we can fix issues faster and keep all devices consistent and compliant.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

I like Scalefusion's features and its ease of use. We do not need any application to be installed to manage the devices, and the agent that needs to be installed on all the devices is super easy to set up. We just need to visit the URL, enter the code, and the device automatically gets enrolled, which makes onboarding really simple, especially when dealing with a lot of devices. I also appreciate that I can handle all the devices from a single dashboard without needing a particular application, as I'm able to see it on the web view.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

I think there are some features which are not actually given in all types of licenses, particularly around the compliance. So I think that can be improved.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion lets us manage all company devices from one platform. We can easily push security patches, locate, lock, or mark devices as lost. I love its user-friendly features, like device enrollment via a URL and code, making management straightforward.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion MDM has been a solid solution for us. Onboarding was relatively easy, pricing was very competitive, and we’ve had little to no performance issues. Their support team has also been very responsive whenever we’ve needed help. Overall, it has been a reliable and cost-effective MDM platform.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

The main drawback is that there is a bit of a learning curve. Some configurations are not always straightforward at first, so it can take some time to understand where certain settings are or how they should be applied. That said, the support team has been helpful in clarifying things when needed.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion helps us better manage our Windows fleet and fills a gap that our previous tools did not fully cover. Before Scalefusion, we primarily relied on an RMM tool provided by our MSP, but that did not give us the level of device management and policy control we needed. Scalefusion bridges that gap by giving us more direct control over endpoint configurations and restrictions.

One specific example is our ability to implement a web browser allow/blocklist. That has helped us better control access, improve security, and enforce company policies across our Windows devices. Overall, Scalefusion gives us stronger visibility and control over our fleet while reducing our dependency on the MSP for certain device management tasks.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

The technical support we've been receiving whilst setting up Scalefusion to manage devices in our organization has been nothing short of exemplary. 

The bar for our expectations on quality of customer interactions has always been set by our own rather high standards, and even though this something every company will advertise, the quality leven achieved is below expectations for 95% of the companies out there today.

After deciding to partner with Scalefusion for the maintenance of our mobile device fleet, whenever we had questions about policy settings, device limitations or small tweaks connected to usage we've received almost instant responses and the level of detail and step-by-step guidance has been more than we could ask for.
The solutions offered are always easy to implement as well as exactly what we needed in that case.
Scalefusion runs on all of our mobile devices in the field service sphere so we rely on the software every hour of every business day and being able to fix issues on the go and from anywhere in the world has allowed me much greater freedom in managing these issues.
What used to be something people had to come into the office for and leave with the service desk for a later pickup, now is handled remotely as soon as the request comes in and we can solve the issues pretty much instantly thanks to the quick and professional support of people like Zaib and her expert knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

We've not experienced a downside to Scalefusion yet!

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modernising our field service from pen&paper to a fully digital environment, we were a little reserved when it came to handing out tablets with LTE and 'unlimited' options to engineers and mechanics. 

Trying to find a solution for setting up a workable environment that allows them all the tools they need without exposing company assets to unnecessary risks was a priority, and Scalefusion delivered better than we expected with flexibility that allowed our main engineer to resolve issues and publish required apps from his holiday address 1500 miles away from the workfloor.
Normally this would have been an issue that had either cost a lot of money to be fixed by someone on the spot, or a lot of delay (and thus money) if we had to wait for his return. Absolutely stellar performance due to choosing Scalefusion.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

What I like most about Scalefusion is how easy it is to get started with. The learning curve is very manageable, which makes it simple for IT teams to deploy, implement,  manage, and maintain devices without a lot of complexity.

I also really like that it includes an IAM suite along with device management. It helps ensure that access to apps is only allowed from managed devices, which adds an extra layer of security without needing multiple tools.

Another thing I appreciate is that their support team is available via chat, so getting help is quick and convenient when you’re stuck.

It also integrates well with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other email providers, which makes setting up conditional access for email and apps much easier.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

One area that could evolve further is the Just-in-Time admin capability. The OTP-based elevation works well, but having more detailed activity logging on Windows devices, similar to what’s available on macOS, would enhance visibility and auditing.

It would also be great to see more built-in workflows around temporary access. For example, a structured approval flow where users can request specific apps or elevated privileges for a limited time would make the feature even more flexible for enterprise use cases.

Scalefusion helps us manage and secure all our devices from a single platform. It simplifies enrollment, policy management, and monitoring, which saves a lot of time compared to handling devices manually.With device management combined with IAM capabilities, we can ensure that only compliant and managed devices can access business apps and email. This has reduced risks around unauthorized access and data exposure.Another big benefit is the ease of deployment and ongoing management. Tasks like pushing policies, locking down devices, or rolling out applications are much faster now, which saves time for the IT team.

I am using Scalefusion for our kiosk devices at my AI agent company. I find the 'curious mode' feature incredibly valuable because it restricts users from entering any other apps or websites, allowing them to only use my application on the device. Another feature I really like is the ability to update software remotely on all devices simultaneously, which is really useful for me.

The Scalefusion dashboard is a little bit complicated. I struggled a little bit at first when we started using it. The initial setup was really hard because we didn't know anything about Scalefusion.

I use Scalefusion to manage kiosk devices, using Kiosk Mode to restrict access to just my application. It helps update software remotely across all devices, simplifying the management process.

One of the most valuable features of Scalefusion is its remote device management and troubleshooting capability. Being able to remotely access deployed devices allows us to resolve issues efficiently and support customers without the need for onsite visits.

The platform has also helped us streamline device management across multiple deployments. In addition, the 24/7 support provided by Scalefusion has been excellent, and our account manager, Krishna, has consistently been responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive whenever assistance is required.

While our overall experience with Scalefusion has been positive, greater flexibility around minimum licensing quantities would be appreciated, particularly for organisations that are deploying devices in phases or managing fluctuating deployment volumes.

Scalefusion has helped address several operational challenges associated with managing our deployed devices. In particular, it enables us to restrict access to device settings and other non-essential functions, helping to ensure a consistent and controlled user experience while reducing the risk of unintended configuration changes.

In addition, Scalefusion's remote access capabilities allow our team to provide timely troubleshooting and support without the need for onsite intervention. This has improved our responsiveness to customer issues, reduced downtime, and enhanced the overall support experience for our customers.

Scalefusion makes it easier for me to manage the drivers' devices remotely. I manage the drivers' ELDs, and when they have issues with their ELD, I am able to utilize Scalefusion to remotely access their tablet and see what they see in real time.

Sometimes Scalefusion can be a little slow when I am remoting into a tablet.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

You know when you are dealing with thousands of devices, how messy can things get. But, with Scalefusion, I can lock devices to only the apps we allow. No settings tampering, no browser hopping, nothing extra. Users get only what they need, and that’s it. Setup was fast too. I pushed the config, selected the apps, and within minutes, the devices were ready for production use. No weird errors, no user confusion.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Nothing. You imagine anything, and it's already there on Scalefusion.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use shared devices, and earlier, users kept wandering into settings, installing random stuff, or just misusing the system. Now with multi-app kiosk mode, every device stays on-task. No distractions, no risks. It’s reduced customer wait time, support tickets, improved device life, and honestly, I don’t get calls about "something broke" anymore. That’s a win.

What impressed me most was the exceptional support I received from Vedant. He guided me step-by-step through the entire setup process on an Android tablet, helped identify and solve issues efficiently, and provided clear, hands-on training in using the software. His dedication and technical expertise made the integration process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Scalefusion itself is powerful, but the support from Vedant made it truly outstanding.

So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Some advanced configurations could benefit from more in-app guidance or documentation, especially for first-time users. However, thanks to Vedant’s support, I was able to navigate these challenges with ease.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

We manage a mix of MacBooks and iPads, and Scalefusion made it easy to get serious about Apple device management. It supports Apple Business Manager and Managed Apple IDs, so we can control access, push apps, and enforce policies without giving up flexibility. Users can’t sign in with personal Apple IDs or install unapproved apps, which has made our environment much more secure. Everything now runs through structured workflows with zero user-side tweaks.

So far, the experience has been smooth..

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing Macs and iPads used to be messy. People were using personal Apple IDs, syncing their own data, and installing apps without any oversight. We had no real control, and it just wasn’t scalable.
With Scalefusion, that’s completely changed. We now push Managed Apple IDs, control which apps can be installed, and block iCloud where it’s not needed. FileVault gets turned on automatically, so all data stays encrypted, and Gatekeeper keeps untrusted apps out. With Scalefusion, new devices come fully set up and secure. It’s made life easier for my team; we’re finally managing Apple devices, not the other way around

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

We use iPads across 50+ retail stores mostly for product demos, customer checkouts, and stock lookups. Before Scalefusion, it was tough to keep things organized. Now, with kiosk mode and app restriction settings, we can make sure the iPads only run approved apps. That has helped reduce distractions and misuse.
Enrolling new devices is quick, and the Apple Business Manager integration works well with Scalefusion, so everything stays in sync when we roll out new iPads.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

A few settings feel buried in the dashboard, especially when we are updating multiple profiles.
Once you get the hang of it, it's fine but the first few times were a little confusing.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to worry about iPads being used for personal stuff or settings being changed.
Every store's devices follow the same policy, and it one goes missing or breaks, we can lock or wipe it remotely. It has helped us stay more consistent and secure across locations.

The support person, Ananth, know the product pretty well.  As all my previous interactions with the support team has been always a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Nothing that I can say on this point, everything in my experience with Scalefusion and the engineers in the other side has been positive.

WE use Scalefurion  to do the MDM for all of our Samsung Tablets with Android.  This is a way for us to do full management of our operation in a single platform.

Scalefusion provides top-notch support that’s available at any time. Their chat feature works seamlessly, which minimizes the need for calls, and most inquiries are resolved directly through chat. For more complex issues, they are quick to arrange a call and work through the problem efficiently. They also follow up the next day to ensure everything is running smoothly.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ananth, Shashi, and Sandeep, who have been incredibly supportive. On one particularly difficult day, when I was feeling overwhelmed, Sandeep patiently gave me a moment to collect myself and encouraged me through the process. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stand out.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

We have got around 250 Android devices out in the field with our service teams spread across different locations. Before Scalefusion, it was tough to keep track of them all. Now, we can remotely lock, locate, and update these devices whenever needed.

One thing that’s been helpful is the automation, we don’t have to manually reboot devices or clear storage. We just schedule it and it happens in the background. That helped us save quite a bit of time.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

A few of our older devices didn’t support everything, so we had to adjust some settings. It was not a huge deal, but it took a little trial and error. Their support team did help us figure it out though.

In our case, we needed a way to stop users from going beyond what they are supposed to access and this did the job well. We allow just a few apps or websites, and everything else stays blocked off. Setting things up didn’t take long, and rolling out changes to all our devices is pretty smooth.

The support in this company really want support you, especially the Ishansingh. I had experience to setting this mdm and created a lot of dynamic rules. My rules doesn't work correctly because of platform restrictions, so I wrote to support, so I and Ishansingh starts talk about it. I showed him my opinion, structure and diagram how it will work. He several times go to dev team for consultation and we understands eachother very well and he had create ticket to development team, and them will create my feature request. So fast, really? We talk not so much, and result so fast.

The major downside of MDM in general from what I see, if that if you install software on a tablet that requires a configuration change or data input after the install, it makes it easy for a small issue to turn into a big one.

If I am removing a piece of software or do something incorrectly to a group or profile and need to put it back on, I can push the software to all the tablets but I can't push the config.    For example, Swiftly software requires a login on each tablet that only our admins have.

They weren't able to solve the problem of software with 2 different certificates not being in enterprise applications.    I rolled out the project with the current version that's on there, rather than risk a newer version getting older tablets in trouble.
