What we like best about 42Gears SureMDM is the flexibility of the platform and the responsiveness of their support team. The system offers a comprehensive set of features that are well-suited for educational environments. We especially appreciate their willingness to adapt and improve the solution based on our feedback and specific requirements. Mr. Guru has been incredibly supportive — he was available throughout the implementation process, even during late-night hours, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mr. Rajesh has also been extremely helpful, clearly explaining every aspect of the solution. Speaking with him gave us confidence, as it's clear he holds a strong position within the team and can make key decisions — something we did not experience with other software providers. SureMDM is a powerful MDM solution that rivals all the major players in the space. It's ease of use and powerful capabilities make it a great alternative to other offerings. The thing that really sets it apart for our company is the support available though. We have been incredibly pleased with the speed, knowledge and efficiency of the support we have received. The only downside for us is the heavy preference placed on Zebra integration. While obviously the preferred tool for all Zebra management we are still working out the best ways to utilize it with other manufacturers. We’ve been using SureMDM for six months, at the first the system felt unfamiliar, but after a focused two-month testing phase and hands-on exploration, we were impressed by how intuitive and customizable it became. We were able to fine-tune configurations and lockdown settings exactly as needed without compromising on performance or usability. We are now confidently rolling out SureMDM across 450+ PDAs, appreciating its flexibility, stability, and ability to adapt to our operational demands. The dashboard can feel cluttered at first, especially for new users Also, MDM Agent at lockdown during testing faces restrictions that takes me time to identify and resolve it also till now i'm not able to automatically enable accessibility as permission for Suremdm Agent for remote access from server side has to enable it manually on each device on enrollment.
