
I really appreciate how Supy has completely transformed my approach to tracking inventory and management. The automation capabilities have significantly reduced my labor costs by eliminating the need for manual tracking previously done by an individual. I find the dashboard and interface to be very intuitive and well-built, providing me with a granular-level view of each of my products. This includes insights into the worth, cost, and ROI of each product, as well as helpful notifications when it's time to adjust prices due to changes in ingredient costs. Supy's AI-enabled features have made it an invaluable tool, especially compared to the spreadsheets I used before. I find that sometimes the system is prone to human error, which can be disruptive. While it's understood that human errors are unavoidable, I believe Supy's reliance on AI could be enhanced to mitigate these issues. The AI component still occasionally provides unrelatable responses, which reduces the effectiveness of the tool.
