What do you like best about Supy?

I really appreciate how Supy has completely transformed my approach to tracking inventory and management. The automation capabilities have significantly reduced my labor costs by eliminating the need for manual tracking previously done by an individual. I find the dashboard and interface to be very intuitive and well-built, providing me with a granular-level view of each of my products. This includes insights into the worth, cost, and ROI of each product, as well as helpful notifications when it's time to adjust prices due to changes in ingredient costs. Supy's AI-enabled features have made it an invaluable tool, especially compared to the spreadsheets I used before. What do you dislike about Supy?

I find that sometimes the system is prone to human error, which can be disruptive. While it's understood that human errors are unavoidable, I believe Supy's reliance on AI could be enhanced to mitigate these issues. The AI component still occasionally provides unrelatable responses, which reduces the effectiveness of the tool. Great Features but Needs Improvement in Speed

We’ve been using Supy for inventory management and overall, it’s a powerful tool with lots of useful features. However, one area that needs improvement is the performance when uploading inventory. The system tends to slow down or, which can be frustrating during busy periods. The user interface is super smooth and they have few amazing futuristic features which makes life easy.

Ordering and stock taking had never been this easy. The reports are very useful.

Providing user access is a little tricky.

What do you like best about Supy?

Supy effortlessly simplifies inventory and procurement, so you can easily track stock in real time and substantially reduce waste. Because it works smoothly with POS and accounting software, data stays correct everywhere. Because implementation was easy and the interface was intuitive, onboarding was completely smooth and the team changed very quickly. The automated supplier ordering and variance tracking features of Supy greatly help us optimize costs and efficiency, as we use it every day. Another prominent feature is the mobile app. This is important for restaurants with multiple locations because it allows all of our staff to manage all stock from any location.

The company provides outstanding customer support. This support is available all day, every day.

I love how easy it is to use the software to track our operations, variance, stock value, and menu performance. Supy's extremely helpful in streamlining the business, monitoring costs, and staying on top of our profitability. It is now routine to check Supy on a daily basis by our managers. It has not only helped us find discrepencies quickly, but has also enabled us to maintain control over our inventory, wastage, and COGS.
