What gives me confidence is that it already understands manufacturing — PPAP, 8D, certs, all of it — so I'm not forcing a generic tool to do something it wasn't built for. I expect that'll pay off more and more as we get further in. **What do you dislike about Supplios?** It is a relatively new company not a lot of reviews or feedback prior to looking into it, but team was responsive and helped answer all our questions. **What problems is Supplios solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main reason we brought it in was to get supplier compliance out of spreadsheets. Onboarding, annual recerts, conflict minerals, IMDS — all of it used to live in emails and folders with me chasing people for documents. We're not fully rolled out yet, but I can already see that headaches going away! ### 2. I also appreciate having a global supplier overview that can be used consistently across different entities. Thirdly the transparency it gives with minutes of meetings, supplier reports, certificate compliance etc. **What do you dislike about Supplios?** Not much to dislike at this point. We have not encountered any issues so far. **What problems is Supplios solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, Supplios has solved a number of manual tasks and created a larger connectivity within our organization. This by adding automization and transparency of running processes and tasks. ### 3. Of the many RFQ tools that we looked at, Supplios was the one that most closely matched our use case. **What do you dislike about Supplios?** Many of the powerful workflow customizations that are possible in the platform have to be built our by supplios which takes time and money. **What problems is Supplios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main problem was getting our sourcing and RFQ projects into one platform and out of emails and excel. Additionally Supplios has other modules that you can addon like QC reporting and Compliance tracking. ### 4. Supplios, by far, gave us the quickest solutions to our problems and offered a competitive price that is scaleable with company usage. We are now 2 years into our relationship with Supplios and have created custom workflows to suit our business needs. Currently, we use Supplios for all supplier quoting, internal & external quality, Supplier scorecards, delivery, and Supplier contacts. Supplios was able to communicate with our ERP and gather existing data, saving our staff a lot of time. I cannot exaggerate enough how this has transformed our company. We went from Excel and Word files tucked away in endless folder systems and email communication with never the right people included to having a fully integrated system that brings down the walls of communication. Now, we have traceability and visibility of our company as a whole. Management can view in real-time the status of projects and react sooner with active metrics. Supplios has breathed new life into my company and has got people excited to use the new workflows. There is so much opportunity to continue to grow with Supplios as we have big plans to incorporate it into our other facilities and add workflows to help other departments become more streamlined. **What do you dislike about Supplios?** The workflows we have created with Supplios have made doing business easier. The only downside is that I get inundated with requests from employees/managers who want to add additional features to Supplios, or custom workflows. This makes it challenging to limit the number of requests we send to Supplios; it can be quite overwhelming. We often have to set urgency so the list can be completed in a timely manner. **What problems is Supplios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supplios is helping my company create visibility of issues, and streamline the quoting process. We are also utilizing Supplios for total Supplier management. This includes Supplier quoting, quality, scorecard, capability tracking and document hub. ### 5. Even with a good ERP, there were still silos of information and knowledge that hindered us from working effectively internally and especially externally. Supplios created processes and workflows to capture everything we needed for RFP and Quality complaints, automated a ton of previous manual entry, and provided dashboards for real-time awareness. In doing so, Supplios linked our RFP/RFQ side with the Quality side to provide a holistic view of our supply base, which led to better visibility, decision-making, and effective collaboration among departments. We have seen an efficiency improvement after the implementation of Supplios that is undeniable, bolstered by a strong support staff that is more than capable and very responsive. **What do you dislike about Supplios?** Scope creep. After seeing what Supplios can do compared to our existing ERP, and the amazingly intuitive UI that basically makes training unnecessary, I get constant requests to add more modules and functionality to Supplios. Luckily, internal IT and the Supplios support staff work very well together, so there is good communication about what platform would best handle the modules to keep all systems in their lane of strength. **What problems is Supplios solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company uses a modern, cloud-based ERP, and while some modules are great, others are not. The lackluster areas in our ERP were Quoting, Quality, and Supplier Management. Enter Supplios. After a quick and easy discovery session, Supplios gave us a working prototype of their proposed solution. With that in hand, the benefits were clear, and the project was easily approved. After a few more iterations, we implemented the change-over and had amazingly few hiccups (I've launched other software before, and this was by far the easiest). The great part is that it wasn't a whole big thing, people just logged into Supplios and did their work rather than logging into another area. The Supplios UI is intuitive and streamlined, grabs data from the ERP and other sources, and populates as much as possible, which cut down on user input. It also handled the communication, notification, and tracking internally and externally, and provided concise reports for decision-making.
