When my company was looking for options to help with our quoting and quality management we reviewed many options from other companies. Supplios, by far, gave us the quickest solutions to our problems and offered a competitive price that is scaleable with company usage.

We are now 2 years into our relationship with Supplios and have created custom workflows to suit our business needs. Currently, we use Supplios for all supplier quoting, internal & external quality, Supplier scorecards, delivery, and Supplier contacts. Supplios was able to communicate with our ERP and gather existing data, saving our staff a lot of time.

I cannot exaggerate enough how this has transformed our company. We went from Excel and Word files tucked away in endless folder systems and email communication with never the right people included to having a fully integrated system that brings down the walls of communication. Now, we have traceability and visibility of our company as a whole. Management can view in real-time the status of projects and react sooner with active metrics.

Supplios has breathed new life into my company and has got people excited to use the new workflows. There is so much opportunity to continue to grow with Supplios as we have big plans to incorporate it into our other facilities and add workflows to help other departments become more streamlined. The workflows we have created with Supplios have made doing business easier. The only downside is that I get inundated with requests from employees/managers who want to add additional features to Supplios, or custom workflows.

This makes it challenging to limit the number of requests we send to Supplios; it can be quite overwhelming. We often have to set urgency so the list can be completed in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Supplios has helped bridge the gap in more ways than 1 when dealing with our supply chain. Even with a good ERP, there were still silos of information and knowledge that hindered us from working effectively internally and especially externally. Supplios created processes and workflows to capture everything we needed for RFP and Quality complaints, automated a ton of previous manual entry, and provided dashboards for real-time awareness. In doing so, Supplios linked our RFP/RFQ side with the Quality side to provide a holistic view of our supply base, which led to better visibility, decision-making, and effective collaboration among departments. We have seen an efficiency improvement after the implementation of Supplios that is undeniable, bolstered by a strong support staff that is more than capable and very responsive. Scope creep. After seeing what Supplios can do compared to our existing ERP, and the amazingly intuitive UI that basically makes training unnecessary, I get constant requests to add more modules and functionality to Supplios. Luckily, internal IT and the Supplios support staff work very well together, so there is good communication about what platform would best handle the modules to keep all systems in their lane of strength.
