What do you like best about Summize?

We’ve been using Summize as our CLM solution, and the experience has been exceptional from the start. One of the standout aspects is the quick and seamless onboarding process; within days, our team was up and running with minimal disruption. This is a huge advantage for any organization looking to streamline contract management without a steep learning curve.

The one-on-one support provided by the Summize team has been phenomenal. Every question was met with prompt, knowledgeable assistance, making it feel like a true partnership rather than just another software vendor relationship.

A highlight of the platform is its AI review feature: it's accurate, intuitive, and saves us countless hours during contract analysis. It’s like having an extra pair of expert legal eyes on every document, which has significantly increased both speed and confidence in our review processes.

What do you dislike about Summize?

Repository Upload – Room for Improvement

While Summize has many strong features, the repository upload process needs refinement. When I tried to upload all our documents (over 1 million), the system didn’t automatically filter out non-contracts, duplicates, or outdated files. Unfortunately, this meant I had to manually sort through the entire set, which was time-consuming and could have been streamlined with smarter document filtering or classification tools. What do you like best about Summize?

One of the best aspects of Summize is its AI-assisted capabilities for analyzing contracts and proactively flagging risks, even in executed agreements. This adds a lot of value beyond just contract storage. Also, the integration with DocuSign is seamless, and the fact that all executed agreements are automatically stored in the repository saves significant time and reduces manual work. What do you dislike about Summize?

The distinctions between requestor and collaborator access were not clearly explained during the sales process, and it only became apparent later that only collaborators have full visibility over all requests. In a fast-paced environment like ours, having broad visibility is critical for efficient coordination, so this limitation was quite disappointing.
