Success is a Sales Success Platform, purpose built for enterprise Sales Engineering teams. Success help with running faster technical evaluations and increasing technical wins. Success makes it easy to track, manage and reports on presales customer engagements, such as product demos, technical evals (Proof of Concepts (POC), Proof of Values (POV) or Pilots). Success provides easy to use platform that not only makes the process transparent, but also provides structure for using sales engineering best practices and making POCs/POVs successful. **What do you like best about Success?**

I like how easy it is to get data from many different sources, the ability to share quickly with stakeholders within my organization as well as the customer.  It is very helpful to sync data between SDFC allowing a smaller user count in the PoC management tool.

**What do you dislike about Success?**

There really is not a dislike here.  Their team works quickly with me to get new requests into the platform that not benefit me but all their users.

**What problems is Success solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using pudding allows our team to easily sync use cases, technical user cases, documents, links, and other important data with the customer.  The ability to track these use cases and share that progress with the rest of the sales team through the SFDC sync save time for the Sales team without them having to access another portal.

Easy to use and manage POC in single App

**What do you dislike about Success?**

There is nothing to dislike in the Pudding App. Simply everything is fantastic.

**Recommendations to others considering Success:**

Start using it asap as your main tool for POC management.

**What problems is Success solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better collaboration with internal and external (customer) teams. Standardization of the POC process, where Use cases, Tasks, etc can be prepared in advance and reuse multiple times. Easy document sharing and updates (meeting notes, daily updates) during POC with all POC collaborators. 
Integration with Salesforce, Slack and other platforms enable bi-directional synchronization with Pudding App, and make sure internal teams (sales, sales engineers, support, etc) are always up to date. Pudding App is SaaS based platform with SOC 2 compliant, has built in security, RBAC, etc

**What do you like best about Success?**

It's a single platform that I can share with all lines of business, Pudding offers easy inventory and POC status management that can be regionalize and assigned to the correct team members with ease.

**What do you dislike about Success?**

The inventory management keeps getting better and better with each release, I hope to some day have an internally connected method with Pudding and our shipment tracking information.

**What problems is Success solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from a simple spreadsheet to a full blow tool has transformed how we manage opportunities.  We can locate idle hardware, allocate resources and easily move to the shipping phase to get gear out.  We also leverage the SFDC integration daily to track deals as soon as they move into the POC stage.
