  ### 1. A Must-Have for Presales Teams That Want Real Impact

**What do you like best about Elvance?**

Elvance has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in our Presales stack. After trying numerous platforms aimed at SEs, we consistently ran into the same issues: disconnected data, high costs, or lack of real alignment with Sales. Elvance solves all of that. It lets our SEs contribute meaningful insights directly within Salesforce, right alongside the Sales team—no more bouncing between platforms or losing context.

What really makes Elvance stand out is that it keeps everything in SFDC, so our operations team can easily build reports without friction. The scoring system is another huge win—it gives Sales reps and leaders a transparent view of deal health, which helps drive more honest and strategic conversations.

On top of the product itself, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve been hands-on throughout onboarding and made sure we were set up for success from day one.

If you’re looking to bring Presales closer to the heart of the revenue process, Elvance is the tool to do it.

**What do you dislike about Elvance?**

There isn’t much to dislike. Elvance has been a huge win for our team. If I had to name something, I’d say I wish there were more options for our Elvance admins to create their own Salesforce reporting objects. That kind of flexibility would allow us to experiment more with dashboards and tailor insights to our needs without leaning on the Elvance support team.

That said, whenever we’ve needed something custom, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve always been willing to jump in and help us configure what we need, which goes a long way.  So this is not really a dislike, it's more a speed of iteration thing for our own sake.

**What problems is Elvance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elvance is solving a key gap in how Presales teams collaborate with Sales and how that work is measured. Before Elvance, our SEs were capturing critical deal insights and activity in spreadsheets or siloed tools that never made it into Salesforce. This made it hard to track Presales engagement, surface risks, or quantify the value SEs were bringing to the deal cycle.

With Elvance, everything lives inside Salesforce, right alongside the opportunity. This gives our Sales teams visibility into what Presales is doing and helps align efforts across both teams. It also gives leadership a much clearer picture of deal health and how SE time is being spent.

The biggest benefit has been turning Presales from an invisible function into a strategic contributor. Our insights are no longer buried, they’re part of the core pipeline conversation.

**What do you like best about Elvance?**

Better data drives better decisions.  Elvance provides direct integration within Salesforce.  This only increases the visibility between Sales Engineering and Sellers, Sales Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Experience.  Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiencies with the collaboration within the organization.  The Elvance platform as been revolutionary within Fusion Connect, finding key metrics unknown previously and changing our understanding of the Sales process.  Fusion Connect is now better with this tool.  This is a key application for any Sales Engineering team.  If your Sales Engineering team is not using this tool, it is not as effective as it can be.  

Working with Elvance has been a pleasure.  They understand Sales Engineering, Salesforce, and are quick to respond to all my inquiries.  From Signature, we turned up Elvance and were fully operational within 2 weeks.

Highly Recommended!

**What do you dislike about Elvance?**

Elvance is still a young application, but growing every day.  Reporting highly leverages Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.  You spend a lot of time building your own.

**What problems is Elvance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elvance solves many problems in Sales Engineering.  SFDC does not consider that a Sales Engineer has a different Workflow than a Seller, so there are no features unique to Sales Engineering within SFDC.  Elvance comes to the aid of all SE's.  Understanding 'Everything' that is important to a Sales Engineer and to the Sales Organization.  The SEs Workflow, Demos, Trials, and key metrics to drive to the Technical WIN.  SE Leadership can see everything the SEs are doing.  Thus it solves key KPIs specific to SE.  It highlights key visibility to Sellers, Service Delivery, Customer Experience and more.

**What do you like best about Elvance?**

Our team loves it as it's easy to use, and I get the metrics and data that I need. Calendar integrations save so much time with predictions made automatically, and being Salesforce integrated is the cherry on the cake.

We're only scratching the surface - there's still lots more for us to learn and do.

Visibility of data and integration of Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Elvance?**

Elvance keeps everything in Salesforce CRM which is what our users want. It is easy to use and setup but can be customised to your needs.
We love the feature analysis and it brings our Product and SE teams closer together.
