**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

What I like most about Homerun Presales Platform is how it streamlines resource planning. It removes a lot of the unnecessary back-and-forth between teams that don’t need to be involved early in the deal cycle, which makes a big difference. It also helps our solutions architecture team prioritize custom integration work more effectively, so we’re focusing time where it actually matters.

The Microsoft calendar sync is another standout feature. Being able to automatically track meetings and tie them directly to a deal keeps everything organized and visible. It makes it much easier for everyone involved to stay aligned, accountable, and up to date on the latest developments.

On top of the product itself, the Homerun team has been great to work with. They’re responsive, proactive, and always willing to jump on a call to help. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far.

Homerun is incredible easy to track all of my active opportunities in one place. The salesforce integration keeps everything in sync without the manual pull so my AE and I are always in lock step.

Honestly, nothing signficant. The platform is still evolving, but the team updates quick and is very responsive to feedback.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Two areas jump out;  1) Homerun is our single source of truth for all presales engagement and activity. It creates a single place for the team to plan, track and execute their day-to-day presales activities. It enables the team to focus on repeatable GTM motions, and drives a lot of efficiency in our daily work. 2) Cross-functional value across our wider GTM teams, product org and other areas. The data we have in Homerun has improved our sales forecasting accuracy, product feedback loops, and various post sale activities from implementation to customer success.  Alongside this, we love the speed to innovation with the Homerun team. They take customer feedback seriously, and rapidly implement it into new release. The platform's use of AI for features like transcript analysis and linking this into the newer modules for value mapping is impressive and drives a lot of efficiency in our process.. Plus, the quick release of team-level requested features like file upload for evaluation plans shows their responsiveness to client feedback.  The initial setup was easy, thanks in part to Sameer, their fantastic solution architect, both presale and post-sale, and Brian Lewis, who was very hands-on. They coordinated with our RevOps team to handle the necessary backend work, and there is a lot of user-facing configuration we have used to adapt the platform as we use the tool over time.

The current analytics suite is not at the same level as the rest of the platform, but I know the team are addressing this in their product roadmap.

We use Homerun to drive value by planning, tracking and reporting on everything happening on a deal from a presales perspective and more broadly across GTM. It allows us to better understand where we are placed on deals, remove blockers, align to customer value and other areas.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Honestly? It just makes my life as an SE way less chaotic.

Before using Homerun, my deals were living in 12 different places: Slack, random notes, docs, emails, and my own brain. With Homerun, the technical side of the deal finally had one home. Discovery notes, requirements, risks, next steps, all of it tied to the opportunity instead of floating around.

The biggest win for me is not having to chase context. I can open a deal and immediately know what’s going on, what I’ve done, what the AE has done, and what still needs to happen. That mental load it removes is huge.

It also makes presales feel like an actual process instead of “SE reacts to whatever pops up.” Discovery is more structured, handoffs are smoother, and fewer things fall through the cracks. I show up to customer calls more prepared without feeling like I’m constantly scrambling.

And leadership gets visibility without me having to build extra reports. I’m just doing my normal work, and it’s already documented.

Bottom line: less admin, less chaos, more time actually solving customer problems. That’s the dream for an SE.

Nothing major, but there is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

Because Homerun brings more structure to presales, teams that are used to operating informally can take a minute to adjust. At first it can feel like “another tool” or extra process, especially for AEs or SEs who are used to keeping everything in their own notes. The value really shows once the team consistently uses it, but adoption and habit building matter.

I also found that its impact depends a lot on how well your workflows are set up. If fields, stages, or templates are not tailored to how your team actually sells, it can feel a little rigid. Once it is aligned to your real presales motion though, it becomes way more powerful.

So it is less about the tool itself and more about change management and setup. After that, it honestly removes more friction than it adds.

Homerun solves the “presales lives everywhere” problem.

Before, the technical side of deals was scattered across Slack threads, personal notes, random docs, and memory. That made it easy to miss context, duplicate work, or drop details, especially on complex deals or when multiple SEs were involved.

Homerun centralizes all of that. Discovery notes, technical requirements, risks, action items, and decisions are all tied directly to the opportunity. Instead of rebuilding context every time I rejoin a deal or hand it off, everything is already there.

For me as an SE, the benefits are huge:

I spend way less time searching for information and more time actually working on the solution. My calls are better because I have clear history and documented requirements. Handoffs between AEs, SEs, and leadership are smoother because everyone is looking at the same source of truth.

It also helps surface technical risk earlier. Instead of issues living in my head, they are visible and trackable, which leads to more honest deal conversations and fewer late stage surprises.

Overall, it reduces chaos, improves alignment, and lets me focus on customer value instead of managing scattered information.

It truly is written for SE's by SE's! When comparing different solutions, Homerun stood out as the definitive leader in our evaluation and provided benefits that directly aligned to things that mattered in our organization. Some of the things that were immediately beneficial were activity tracking, POV process and the SE workspace. The benefit of getting all SE's using this platform provided a level of efficiency and business continuity that immediately increased our organizational maturity.

Not so much as a dislike, but the UI framework could be a little more intuitive.

The team at Homerun are very responsive and extremely fast to implement fixes and new features. They are a consistent voice and presence in the presales world, providing significant value beyond just this software. They truly are a business partner, very interested in our success beyond just the PO we pay, and look forward to helping regardless of whether it leads to a license increase for them. They are true consultants with valuable insight and a willingness to share it!

The platform is still relatively new and therefore many UI updates are required to streamline workflows but the Homerun team is always quick to engineer and implemented updates and improvements! It's rare to find a company who delivers on time for their product roadmap.

**What problems is Homerun Presales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun presales solved our initial problem of properly tracking and measuring the success or failure of our POCs. This allows us to dissect what wins and what loses POCs, then we systematically implement those lessons learned to improve and refine our POC process. Above just that, it allows us to better track and measure success criteria for each individual POC. This data then further leads to other benefits such as time tracking of SE utilization, better data for handing off POC clients to post sales CSMs, and tying feature requests to ACV/TCV, allowing our product team to better align our roadmap with revenue.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

I've used a lot of tools in pre-sales, and most of them feel like they’re either built for sales reps or require too much customization to be remotely useful. Homerun is the first one I’ve tried that actually feels designed for how pre-sales teams work.

What I really appreciate is how it cuts out all the clutter you get with tools like Salesforce. You get a clear, at-a-glance view of your work — no endless clicking or digging through tabs. It also has features that are actually relevant to our role, like structured pre-sales steps and integrations with Jira, which is a huge help for connecting technical and sales conversations and keeping a suitable overview.

Another bonus is the Slack integration. It keeps the broader team in the loop without any extra effort — updates just flow in naturally and it makes internal visibility way easier.

Honestly, it’s one of those tools that just fits into your workflow without getting in the way. If you're in pre-sales and tired of forcing tools to work for you, Homerun is definitely worth checking out.

One thing I wish Homerun handled better is call and communication tracking. Right now, there’s no way to integrate call management tools or automatically pull in recordings, which makes it hard to keep a complete overview of customer interactions in one place. All meeting notes have to be added manually, which can be time-consuming and easy to forget — especially when juggling multiple opportunities. Having some level of automation or integration here would make a big difference in streamlining the workflow.

Homerun is solving a few big pain points I’ve had in pre-sales. First, visibility — it gives me and my team a clear, real-time view of where each opportunity stands and what’s needed next, without having to dig through spreadsheets or clunky CRM fields. It also finally gives us tools that speak our language: things like Jira integration make it much easier to stay aligned with the technical side of the business. And overall, it’s just easy to use — I don’t need a training session every time I log in. It fits into my day instead of slowing it down.

Homerun gives my Solutions Engineering team a dedicated workspace, separate from Salesforce, where every deal’s notes, activities, evaluation plans, and Jira feature requests live in one place. The out-of-the-box dashboards show deal velocity, win rates, and individual activity trends, so I can spot overload or burnout before it happens. Being able to tie each Jira item to ARR has made roadmap conversations with Product and the exec staff far more persuasive. Their support team is great, and Slack and Salesforce syncs were up and running in an afternoon.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Building fully custom reports still takes some tinkering, although a redesigned reporting module is on the roadmap. Also, the product is focused only on presales (which is great, but) our implementation team is still in the dark ages. I wish it could support them too!

Homerun has replaced spreadsheets and ad-hoc Salesforce reports, saving each SE several hours a week. I now forecast resourcing with real data instead of gut feel, and onboarding new hires is quicker because their whole workflow is already mapped out.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

The ease of use is one of its strongest aspects: intuitive, well-designed, and requiring minimal training to get up and running. Implementation was very quick, thanks to the well-structured support from the Homerun team, which made the process seamless. The number of features available is extensive, but one of my favorites is the ability to track missing product features and quantify the revenue at risk because of them. This makes our internal conversations with the product team much more valuable. POC tracking through custom "Evaluation Plans" is also one of the best features offered by Homerun, as it allows us to track the work we do with our clients in a consistent way across opportunities and regions, too.
Integrating with other tools in our tech stack like SFDC has been smooth, making it even more valuable to our daily operations. 
The presales team uses the platform daily for logging meeting notes, demos, or POC activities, which has significantly improved our efficiency and visibility into presales activities.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

While the platform is excellent overall, external reporting could be improved. Generating reports for external stakeholders requires some additional effort, but the good news is that the Homerun Presales team is already working on enhancing this functionality. Given their track record of listening to customer feedback and delivering improvements quickly, I’m confident that this will be addressed soon.

For the first time, we have a true "presales view" of the sales cycle, complete with our own metrics and reports. This has been a game-changer for how we track and measure our contributions. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to track activities like POCs in a consistent way, not just across different opportunities, but also across regions. This has given us much better visibility into our impact, helped us optimize our processes, and made it easier to share insights across teams.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

It's impossible to choose just one feature as the best thing about Homerun -- 

1. We're able to add custom discovery, ROI, delivery, and business questions to evaluation plans without adjusting a ton of forms, moreover we can easily share our notes with the clients. 

2. Easy integration with SalesForce to push and pull recorded data into fields the Homerun team helped us set-up. 

3. The presales sentiment field allows the team to quickly communicate concern or encouraged deals. 

4. Integration with Jira and Github allows us to communicate directly with product teams without managing different systems. 

5. The Homerun team absolutely crushes it in the customer service department. Sameer and Brian are the absolute best. Our questions get answered quickly and they're willing to hop on calls to troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Biggest downside is the tool is so impressive that our CRO keeps asking for additional functionality and our AEs keep on asking for accounts!

**What problems is Homerun Presales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun addresses record keeping specifically for presales, project status, and coordination between presales and other teams in our SaaS organization. Moreover, it allows our team to coordinate with each other for client coverage because all of our notes are included in the platform. 

The search feature and links to our calendars allow us to easily organize our thoughts around client interactions, something I use daily. Also, logging activities allows us better insight into where we spend our time as a presales team with actual data vs individual impressions.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

I initially explored Homerun hoping it would help me collect the data needed to deliver KPIs to our executive team. It quickly became clear that it offers far more than that. After implementation, it unlocked some of the most valuable information and insights in our company.
 
Adoption has been smooth. Sales engineers didn’t need to change how they work—Homerun simply became the place where their notes, insights, and spreadsheets now live. It’s intuitive, and I’ve found that SEs appreciate how it allows them to showcase their great work in a structured, visible way.
 
Integration has been powerful. Homerun fits right into our existing ecosystem of tools and methodologies—Salesforce, Consensus, Great Demo, Highspot—making it operationally easy to adopt. More importantly, it’s improved how we engage with clients by aligning our tools and methodologies.
 
Despite significant investments in CRM, Homerun is giving us insights into sales cycles we’ve never had before. At a strategic level, we’re now able to mine data for metrics that inform our go-to-market strategies. At the opportunity level, presales, sales, product, and services teams all have access to richer information. This is already improving product investment decisions, forecasting accuracy, and implementation handoffs.
 
We’re still early in our Homerun journey, but the immediate benefits have been substantial and widely recognized by leadership. It’s rare to see this kind of impact so quickly.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

We have no major concerns so far. One of our biggest challenges has been that whenever we show Homerun to teams outside of presales, they want access to the platform so they can view all the information and data. It's easy enough to get them view access, but it is an unexpected complication that we've had to manage (in a good way!).

**What problems is Homerun Presales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homerun captures all of our presales activities, eval plans, notes, sentiments, evaluation plans and data in one place. It makes the SEs more effective and gives SE management visibility into all opportunities. The information is also proving to be very valuable for Sales management getting a realistic and detailed view of opportunities, Product Management for understanding high priority product needs, professional services handoffs are streamlined, and we are now able to examine sales metrics that inform our GTM strategy.

Homerun is a platform that is purpose built to help our SE organization keep our proof of concepts on schedule  to prove out the technical validation for our prospects.  Homerun's technical validation workflow enables us to tailor success criteria dependent on the scope of the product and end user.  Since bringing on Homerun our POC process has been more organized and is able to clearly and efficiently identify any technical blockers along the technical validation process.

There are not many pieces that I dislike around the Homerun platform.  I believe in time, there will be more and more integrations with CRM tools to will contribute to more streamlined workflows and alignment with more traditional sales tools.

Homerun Presales is solving the problem to provide more visibility into the technical validation process and is able to map this withe our sales pipeline process.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Homerun is the one-stop shop for our team of 60+ solution architects. It's the CRM for presales people providing information about deals that can't be found elsewhere.
What I really like about Homerun is the ease of use in terms of having a single page for every opportunity that requires little scrolling but still provides an overview of everything that is going on in the opportunity.
We have Homerun integrated to Salesforce which works fairly well.
What works great is the assignment of a solution architect to an opportunity by a presales manager. Also the calendar integration and the easiness to add activities were a key reason to get Homerun for our company.

There are a few things that can still be improved. E.g. syncing activities on the account level (not just the opp level) will be a very helpful feature that is currently in development at Homerun.
Sometimes we have seen synchronization issues with duplicate opportunities which could also be caused by the way we close and re-open opportunities.

Homerun gives Solution Architects a voice! Especially during forecast calls looking at the data in Homerun provides a valuable perspective to an opportunity that would otherwise be missed just looking at the CRM or the forecast tool.

**What do you like best about Homerun Presales Platform?**

As a presales leader, it's my job to be able to provide salient information at a moment's notice about any opportunity that my team is working on. With CRMs most often geared only toward what information the Seller needs to input, there is often a plethora of different solutions for the presales team, from spreadsheets to homegrown databases and project management tools.

What Homerun Presales does is consolidate all of the information that is important to Presales engineers as well as Presales leaders into a single, easy to implement, integrate, and use single pane of glass. I integrated it to Salesforce and from there, integrated the information we fed into SFDC into different RevOps tools that made it easy for my CRO to see where the opportunity was from the Presales perspective, what red flags we see, and what we see as the next steps.

Presales engineers were also quick to buy in and use it frequently because it eliminated so many different sources of record for them.

I highly recommend Homerun for the reasons above as well as the support you receive from Brian and Kevin Lewis, who will quickly jump on a call with you to diagnose and solve any issue at any time of day.

Homerun is awesome, it's the type of platformed I had been envisioning for years. The kaban-style dashboard allows me to visually see the stages all my deals are in, and I can quickly capture my releveant details for a deal. The fact that I can decouple myself from salesforce, and my AE's deal stages is huge. I used Homerun everyday, and even fill it in live on calls, rather than the typical notepad I was used to.

Homerun is still relatively young, as such, there have been many feature requests and adjustments my team has requested since starting to use it. The great part is that the HR team has been extremely responsive at implementing features, fixing bugs, and overall enhancing the platform in the direction all us SE users are requesting. The platform looks and feels even better now than it did 6 months ago.

The platform really helps me keep my opportunities organized, like "post it notes" to remind myself where each deal is and what the key risks are. 

Homerun does an excellent job of reducing friction. Unlike other tools, it's easy to input information and see what matters most to me as an SE.

Honestly the calendar sync alone is worth its weight in gold!

The reporting, filtering, and dashboard features are flexible and powerful enough to show me what's important.

As a team we struggled to adequately keep track of all our opportunities through the sales process. Homerun provided us with the visibility of our opportunity pipeline across presales deal stage and allows the team to actively track activities / tasks at opportunity level.  As a multi-discipline Solution Consulting team Home has given us the ability to collaborate together more easily across opportunities as we work various aspects of a deal based on the expertise needed.  The ability to clearly see and report on activity, utilization, and opportunity status with a few clicks is exactly what this team needed.  We use tool as our landing now for the team and almost exclusively work out of Homerun.

From an implementation standpoint Homerun was very easy to implement and configure within Saleforce.  The Homerun team has a clearly defined process for getting the application stood up quickly with a very easy integration plan.  Customer support has been outstanding and the team was has very responsive to inquiries.

There are a few small items that I would like to see changed within the application.  The Homerun team has been very receptive to listening to my feedback and helping to address the needs. Before Homerun, every sales engineer on my team was utilizing a CRM that was more geared for account executives. For each opportunity within the CRM the SE had limited fields to provide meaningful context. Tracking activity from a KPI perspective was also a very manual and tedious. 

With Homerun I can quickly assess the SEs sentiment for each opportunity to identify which deals are in a great, decent, or bad spot. It’s such a simple view but it’s amazing because context is king. This type of information allows my team and I to make informed decisions on when additional support is needed or if we should consider qualifying out of an opportunity and spend our time wisely elsewhere.

Tracking activity couldn’t be easier as Outlook integrates and syncs with Homerun on a regular cadence, so every meeting that each SE must track is automatically populated within the platform and very rarely has to be entered manually. Homerun continues to get better for the team and I as we continue to leverage additional modules within the platform such as the “Feature Requests” and “Evaluation Plans” component. Excited to see what Homerun has in store for its customers next and greatly appreciate the consistent support we get from the Homerun team!

I would like for there to be a manager's notes section within each opportunity. When I have a one on one with an SE to review their opps I take notes, but all my notes are in a separate application. It would be nice to have everything in one place so the SE can refer back to my notes if need be without me having to DM them or email them.

Homerun is helping us keep SEs and AEs honest based on the sentiment of the opportunity. For example, an AE can say an opportunity is great for ABC reasons and the SE can say the opportunity is bad for XYZ reasons. There's clearly a disconnect between the two so let's discuss and figure out if the pros outweigh the cons or vice versa. This allows us to strategize and find a path forward or determine if it's best to qualify out. This keeps the pipeline clean which leads to more accurate forecasting.

Prior to HR, our team was utilizing a CRM that had built with Sales reps in mind first. Much of the functions, fields and reporting was structured in a way that allowed for the sales team to have good insight into their business, but it made it very hard to track Sales Engineering metrics. Homerun has given our team the ability to build custom metrics, review sentiment on deals (separate from the sales reps) and therefore gauge pipeline better. 

Tracking activity was also one of the biggest wins we had. Manually tracking activity in the CRM lead to misrepresented metrics and activities across the team, making it very difficult to make decisions on quota alignment year over year, areas of improvements that could be made and nearly impossible to identify what good looked like. 

Lastly, the tool has revolutionized how we organize and track our POCs through the use of Evaluation Plans. These give us an easy format to provide Success Criteria to the prospect, transfer documents the prospect and evaluate overall success rates of POCs. At the end of the day, the ease of use and learning curve is very low.

I would like for there to be more granular tracking under the Evaluation Plans that allow us to measure each specific line item/Success Criteria and the time taken on each so that we can more granularly track what is being used the most in a POC, where are we getting stuck etc. With that said, the HR team has committed to building this out. Another positive item working with these folks. If we need it, they will find a way to build it. Customer support has been great.

Personally, Homerun is being used to help my Principal SE team track where they are engaging in opportunity support across the business. Homerun has changed the way we run our deals and the cycles they operate in. Most of us in this industry are using a combination of notes, emails, task, stickies potentially tied back to a CRM that does not really concentrate on intimate deal stages. 

When we started evaluation of products, we realized how narrow the space was for Presales tool and especially any that could focus on how you run high-touch technical deal cycles. The ease of use that homerun introduced to the team was an a refreshing take on how we integrate.

We quickly started adopting new methods within homerun that allowed for reporting and detailed level analysis of our deals at each stage. Not only did this improve our ability to not frantically scramble for notes stored in various places, but it also gave us the tools we needed to scale.

Of all the features we have with homerun the most valuable one so far has been the team. They work hard for their customers, and when a new feature is added almost every time it’s been a customer driven need that enhances our day-to-day abilities

Homerun is still new to this market, but this market as a whole is not something that has been around for ever.

Some of the features that are nice to haves are still in progress and I could see a lot of changes comming to help grow into that.

Prior to HomeRun my notes and files were all over the place.  Notepad word docs saved on network shares or box or confluence.  HomeRun gives me a single location for all my data that I can reference whenever I need it.

To be honest, the only thing I could consider a "dislike" was that some fields have a save option and others do not.  The more I use it, the more I don't even notice it anymore.

Homerun centers about the evaluation/deal, everything about it, from notes, POC plans, features requests, etc it all is tied to that deal so you can enter your information quickly. It doesn't stop there though, all that information can then be reported on so you can see trends easily. You can even easily track the time you are spending on deals to get an understanding of how effective you are being. Then of course your manager can see all this information rolled up at the team level, show product the 5 deals that are being blocked by some critical feature request (including their $ amount), and who has free time to take on another deal.

I won't sugarcoat it, Homerun hasn't been around for decades, there are features that aren't there yet. However, and it's a big however, Homerun is amazingly responsive to us around feature requests, bugs, etc. When you are in a product early you have a great opportunity to help shape the directions that it goes in, which in the long run can be really great.

Thanks to Homerun, we now have a solid presales process to rely on.  We can directly measure our team's overall health and effectiveness from the PoC stage to Tech Win.  We can also effectively communicate and triage any PoC issues with our Product and Engineering team directly through Homerun to completion.  All our deal insights can be passed now to our CRM for SalesOp visbility and forecasting assistance.  Dashboarding and metrics helped us gain visibility into reducing our cost of sale and also helped us gather the information that will be helpful in our decision-making process in the future.

It's still a relatively new product and company, so there are feature gaps and challenges to work through.

It's been very straightforward to setup up Homerun Presales in a way that matches our workflow. Activity capture is intuitive, and we're beginning to see meaningful performance trends. It's been useful to manage our technical sales funnel in a way that's never been available in our CRM.

Required a bit of effort to initiate the importing of opps from the CRM. Has taken some fine-tuning, but we were well-supported during this part of the implementation.

Activity tracking, capacity planning, and pre-sales specific performance metrics are available that we couldn't readily tease out of the CRM. We are following a more standardized process with less time required to complete each major deliverable of an evaluation.

When we looked for a PresalesOps platform, it was clear from our first conversation that Homerun was the right solution for us. The founders are responsive and treat us like partners.

Before Homerun, we had limited insight into our mid-funnel. Now it's very easy to see our SE pipeline at a glance, including anywhere we are blocked or where there's concern.

We love the salesforce attribute sync, Jira sync, and the ability to customize Homerun to how we run our org. My team LOVES the  latest activity tracking integration with Google Calendar - makes it so easy.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

As a young application, Homerun lacks some depth, especially around reporting and analytics. The next release is focused on those features and we're excited to help shape it.  The app is getting better all the time.

Better visibility into all the presales funnel where the team is investing and how are each item progressing. Pretty straightforward to set up and easy to consume. As a newer technology, there are certainly a few areas of the gap, but the team is extremely easy to work with and more importantly, they listen to the customers to address their issues or to bring a feature into the roadmap.

They have a template where one can templatize the standard POC use cases, but it is not very intuitive for making bulk actions on them today, but again they are improving on the same.

This tool is early in its evolution, so sometimes the integrations are clunky, but the team has been improving them very rapidly.  Usability of small icons to activate edit sections on/off is a bit cumbersome.

Easy way to track Solutions Architecture team opportunities, attached sales tooling records, connection to related bugs and features requests.  This helps us track metrics around our team performance.

Salesforce is a pain. Nobody likes to work with Salesforce. Homerun makes it infinitely quicker and easier to track all technical evaluations for our team and take away all the other SFDC noise (read: junk). What's more: it integrates seamlessly with our other tooling so we can keep track of things like Feature Requests and attach an ROI per FR to present to leadership. Lastly, as our team grows and scales, we have fantastic reporting mechanisms within Homerun to show leadership where/how we spend our time and whether there are recurring issues with processes or products that need to be addressed.

**What do you dislike about Homerun Presales Platform?**

Homerun is a fairly new product and, as such, has some small bugs or gaps we've found along the way (which is normal for any software.) However, the Homerun team has made themselves incredibly available to us to help debug and fix issues as well as released enhancements to cover our use cases. I'm confident the product will only get better and better.

One of the biggest pain points as an SE I've faced is using some noting-taking app or Google Drive to collate discovery notes, POV check-ins, product feedback etc. Homerun makes the organizational aspect super easy, clean and maintainable. This leads to less prep time before calls, more focused sessions, and tighter evaluations on the whole.
