There’s a lack of customisable dashboards and graphs, such as an activity-tracking dashboard. Right now it feels too rigid, and I’m hoping there can be more flexibility and options for tailoring the dashboards to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Homerun Presales Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform automates data population from multiple systems like Salesforce, Outlook, and Gong to streamline tracking of opportunity stages, POC status, SE commitment level, and customer sentiment. This makes it easier for SEs to log daily business activities and helps create a single source of truth for the presales organization. With seamless Salesforce integration, sales leaders get solid data points on technical influence across opportunities and can use that information to make more targeted business decisions.
