  ### 1. Excellent User-Friendly Platform that Drives Conversions Without Much Effort on My End

**What do you like best about Alivo?**

Our company first started using Alivo last year. We were introduced to Max, who was absolutely amazing on figuring out what our needs were, and he helped us implement effortlessly. After implementation, we worked to refine the language and after a few iterations, it was like Alivo was one of our sales team members. It always knew how to respond, and it automatically followed up (which sales members might not do lol). I would say it has definitely helped drive conversions, especially for those leads that clicked to book but forgot or got distracted. In this day and age, timeliness is key to sales so glad we have this feature on our website. 

In terms of my favorite part of Alivo, it's the customer support. Whenever an issue arises, they usually respond within the hour. In addition, the Alivo team takes my feedback very seriously. At first, Alivo considered clicking the link to book, a "conversion", so it stopped following up with the lead after this link was clicked. However, often times, someone would click the link but not book an appointment (maybe were just curious, forgot to do it, etc.). The Alivo team took my feedback and figured out a way to "follow" the lead all the way through our booking site, Calendly. Now it follows up routinely until that appointment is booked and in our internal system. Another example was implementing a voice feature, so it could talk to leads when they called in. Although early in the process, it definitely has potential and has helped book 2-3 appointments for us after hours already. My hopes are it becomes smart enough to be our full time agent lol

All in all, great experience with the Alivo team and the technology. Excited for more features to come

**What do you dislike about Alivo?**

This is not Alivo's fault at all but people still crave that human interaction, especially for large ticket items like cabinets. So sometimes when a person calls in and hears its AI generated, they immediately hang up. This might change over time as people become more AI friendly.

**What problems is Alivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediate assistance for our customers (versus delayed with humans) and routine follow up until our conversion is generated

**What do you like best about Alivo?**

We’ve been using Alivo at Granite Peak RV Resort, and it has been an absolute game-changer for our business. This AI-powered chatbot platform has enabled us to streamline communications with our guests, responding instantly to inquiries and improving our overall efficiency.

One of the standout features is how easy it is to implement and customize to fit our specific needs. The chatbot is incredibly intuitive and handles a wide range of customer interactions, from booking inquiries to answering questions about our resort. This has significantly reduced the workload on our staff, allowing them to focus on delivering an exceptional on-site experience.

Alivo has also had a direct impact on our bottom line. The AI not only assists with guest interactions but has also played a crucial role in driving additional sales. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in bookings since introducing the platform. Guests appreciate the fast and accurate responses, which has translated into higher customer satisfaction.

Customer support has been outstanding! Our email inquiries have received quick and thoughtfull responses. Appreciate that even though AI is their whole business model... it is still super easy to get in touch with a human for help :)

If you’re looking to enhance customer communication and boost sales, Alivo is a must-have platform. It’s been instrumental in helping us stay competitive and provide top-notch service to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Alivo?**

Just like training a human salesperson. Don't expect the system to respond perfectly to every inquiry right out of the gate. You need to train the system... just like a human! We were guided through the training process by the team at Alivo.

Shear volume of incoming inquiries and especially handling our after-hours calls.

**What do you like best about Alivo?**

I first found alivo thanks to a Thumbtack email when they announced a partnership between Alivo & TT. I found their onboarding process to be super smooth and easily to impliment. The AI sms platform they created is simple to understand, update and use in more ways than even I have implimented. We've now integrated their AI sms service into our website and it get's used on a daily basis as well. 
Not only do I love the Alivo product, but Hailey has been amazing to work with. Anytime I have a request (standard or custom)  she is lighting quick to respond and help me achive whatever I have in mind. She has an amazing can-do attitude and it's so refreshing to work with a true rockstar when you want to get something done!

**What do you dislike about Alivo?**

I wish yelp would adopt Alivo's integration like Thumbtack has. This is not a knock against alivo, I'm quite sure the ball is in Yelp's court at the moment. Speed to lead is the name of the game today and we need more platforms to integrate Alivo into their system.

**What problems is Alivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to lead has greatly increased and now we have a 24/7/365 AI sms conversation tool to aquire leads anytime time of day!

I’ve had such a great experience with Alivo! The chatbot itself is really intuitive and easy to use, but what truly stands out is their amazing customer service. Max and Hailey are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I’ve had. I can’t say enough good things about their dedication and care! Highly recommend.

I've had a great experience with Alivo overall, though there have been times when I felt unsure about how to fully update and implement changes in the KB. However, this process has been getting more streamlined. It's clear they're committed to making things easier, and I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve!

Great communication, ease of function for the software and resources, and a fair price for a small business.

We were paying a answering service and they were not taking good notes and they had very little personality on the phone. Alivo was able to answer much faster, text back, follow up, and set appointments way easier!
