**What do you like best about Provarity?**

I love having a clear, real-time view of the health and sentiment of all my POCs directly on my dashboard. It gives me instant visibility into which deals are progressing smoothly and which ones need attention, allowing me to take proactive action. This level of insight helps our team stay ahead and make more informed decisions with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Provarity?**

The UI is intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the platform. While there have been some areas that felt a bit clunky, it's clear that Provarity is continuously improving with each new release. The enhancements keep making the experience smoother and more efficient, which I really appreciate.

**What problems is Provarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provarity is solving the challenge of having no visibility into POC status. Before using the platform, it was difficult to track progress, understand customer sentiment, and identify potential roadblocks. Now, with Provarity, I have a clear, real-time view of all my POCs in one place, allowing me to take proactive action, improve follow-ups, and ultimately accelerate deal cycles.

**What do you like best about Provarity?**

Since adopting Provarity, we’ve gained unprecedented clarity and control over our presales operations.
Provarity enables us to manage the entire technical sales lifecycle - from discovery through demo, POV, and technical validation, with discipline and consistency. 
It’s become our single source of truth for everything presales. I can quickly see where my teams are engaged, how deals are progressing, which POVs I need to focus on, and where we’re influencing the pipeline the most.
What sets Provarity apart is how it quantifies the quality of SE work. This isn’t just about counting tasks—it’s about measuring technical depth, responsiveness, customer alignment, and the actual impact on the deal. It helps us identify success and focus on what matters.
Provarity drastically improved prioritization and reduced wasted cycles. For presales, it’s meant faster technical wins and shorter sales cycles. And for leadership, it provides clear data on how presales is accelerating revenue.

**What do you like best about Provarity?**

Provarity has streamlined our presales process by providing workflows based on best practices, guiding my teams from technical discovery to the customer's buying decision. The Workflow Sequences help Sales Engineers (SEs) follow a repeatable process, keeping them organized while offering insights into the progress of the technical aspects of the deal.

The Provarity Customer Success team has been incredibly supportive, offering guidance to ensure we’re set up for success. My leadership team starts each day by reviewing the Provarity Dashboard to identify which SEs may need assistance with their deals. I also appreciate the seamless integration with SFDC, Slack, and Okta.

**What do you dislike about Provarity?**

Like any new technology, there is a learning curve and an adoption period.  Some SEs are slow to embrace changes to they way that they have done tasks in the past.   In hindsight, I would have had a larger, more cross-sectional group for the initial roll-out as we only had 2% of the SEs and they were on 2 of 20 teams globally. We didn't have enough internal champions that were respected by their peers to speed up the adoption phase.

**What problems is Provarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Provarity, I was guessing or using rough binary data from SFDC to understand the phases of getting to a Technical Win. We had no repeatable metrics to measure the process, and the SE team did not contribute to a deal's scoring from a forecast perspective. Some SEs would fill out manual scorecards on deals to communicate their sentiment and the deal's health.

**What do you like best about Provarity?**

I love that it tells me a score for all of the POC's happening in the organization and gives me visibility into how we are doing and which deals I should forecast.

**What do you dislike about Provarity?**

I wish it was integrated into my RFP software.

**What problems is Provarity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing POCs, forcing standardization of our processes, informing my forecasts, rating the POCs, helping us close deals faster, helping me better support my SE team.
