It truly understands the SE job. Most tools we tried before were reporting layers that added work for the SEs and gave management a dashboard. seRevel does the opposite: the SE runs the evaluation in it (success criteria, timeline, prospect portal), so the data exists as a by-product and nobody fills in a status sheet on Friday.<br><br>As global SE lead the visibility is beyond what I expected. I see exactly which use cases perform well across the whole team, and where the competition seems to be catching up, not just in the deals I was personally in. The demo scripts it generates from that data are already very helpful.<br><br>The thing that won me over was the roadmap conversation. We call POCs "Pilots" internally, so I submitted an idea through the AI assistant asking for an option to rename them. A developer reached out the next day to clarify a detail, and it was live a week later. That is not how vendor feedback usually goes.<br><br>How we found it says something too: an SE who joined us had used seRevel at his previous company and brought it in. We started on the free tier, upgraded to Starter fairly quickly, and Team was a no-brainer.<br><br>Onboarding was easy. We uploaded the Excel sheets we had been tracking Pilots in and seRevel turned them into a clean template, so the team did not start from a blank page. The prospect-facing side has been the surprise: we get consistently positive feedback on the portal, and prospects have asked more than once whether it is our own tool or a third party.
