**What do you like best about Straal?**

When creating an account and linking it to my other store, everything went smoothly. It also provides more payment choices than I had with my earlier processor, which made me very happy to hear them say it.

**What do you dislike about Straal?**

The disadvantage for me is that there is not as much detail in the reporting. If I compare the reports of my old processor, I sure do miss the deeper details of a transaction that Straal offers me now.

**What problems is Straal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Straal, having to handle multiple schools for payment processing has been greatly eased out. The availability of these choices of payment also had a positive influence to customer satisfaction.
