But as a small company, we needed a solution that could work for other use cases across the company such as product releases, client support, and training. We loved that they considered the content experience from an end-user perspective. **What do you dislike about StoryScale?** We are new clients and have just begun our content development process. So far, we haven't encountered anything we don't like.The only challenge we have faced was that we couldn't use the HTML feature without modifications to our product code. StoryScale was super supportive and has even spoken directly with our back-end developers to help solution this. **What problems is StoryScale solving and how is that benefiting you?** StoryScale will help us easily create demos that scale across our enterprise. It was like Goldilocks and the three bears. One Solution was not intuitive at all. Another Solution had a really lovely website, but despite multiple requests, no one ever connected with me. Finally, I found StoryScale. David and Nathan took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, provided free access to the software so I could kick the tires, and provided incredible support every step of the way. StoryScale was committed to our success! I've had an awesome all-around experience and our Executives like the results. **What do you dislike about StoryScale?** I have absolutely no complaints. StoryScale goes above and beyond. **What problems is StoryScale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traditionally we've had one or two people in house who we're really good at doing demos, and they're not always available when sales needs them. With StoryScale, our reps can use the link over and over again to get more comfortable giving demos, and we can also create variations of demos and customize them for different Clients. There are tons of other use cases for StoryScale within the company besides marketing. Our IT Department can use it to create general-purpose directions and CRM directions. Other departments can use it to create work instructions. ### 4.
