"StoreAutomator: The Most Reliable Multichannel Listing Solution We've Used"

What do you like best about StoreAutomator?

We have been using StoreAutomator for several years and have evaluated many competing platforms during that time. We always return to StoreAutomator because, quite simply, nothing else on the market matches their technology, reliability, or exceptional level of support.

The implementation process was seamless, thanks to their outstanding onboarding team. They provided thorough training and guidance, equipping us with the confidence and knowledge necessary to use the platform effectively from day one.

StoreAutomator is a tool we rely on daily—it is truly one of the most critical components of our e-commerce operation. Throughout our years with them, we have never experienced a service outage. On the rare occasions we’ve needed assistance, their support team has been responsive, professional, and highly knowledgeable—genuinely best-in-class.

We recently had to sign a one-year contract with a new provider because StoreAutomator did not connect to the new Marketplace we had been approved for. Now, 6 months later, the other provider has completely failed. Thankfully, we maintained our service with StoreAutomator due to the many complications with our new provider. They worked aggressively to obtain the approval for the new marketplace so that we can stay with them. It was a harrowing and expensive experience that we regret. StoreAutomator stepped up and worked with us to ensure that all of our marketplaces were properly reconnected without any service interruption.

What do you dislike about StoreAutomator?

StoreAutomator can sometimes be slower to implement new listing requirements for certain marketplaces. However, we recognize that this is due to their commitment to accuracy and stability. They take the time to ensure each update is thoroughly tested and properly deployed, which ultimately prevents the kinds of errors and disruptions we've experienced with other providers who rush implementation. What problems is StoreAutomator solving and how is that benefiting you?

StoreAutomator helps us manage product listings, pricing, and marketplace-specific requirements across multiple sales channels from a single platform. Our catalog is highly complex, with thousands of SKUs, custom attributes, and variation structures. StoreAutomator gives us the flexibility to handle this complexity with ease—something many other platforms struggle with.

Their ability to manage variation listings, map channel-specific data, and apply overrides has streamlined our entire process. The biggest benefit is operational efficiency—our small team can manage a large, intricate catalog across multiple marketplaces without being overwhelmed. "Fast, accurate and simple to use MultiChannel software"

What do you like best about StoreAutomator?

The onboarding/implementation process was terrific. The onboarding team is knowledgeable and responsive! Ease of use, can't say it enough. Simple and intuitive but does everything we need. Since we use the interface every day we wanted something that was simple, quick to learn but robust with features. It integrates quickly with all of the major channels! The best part is support. When we have a question we get a reply in minutes, and solutions in hours. With our old provider, Channeladvisor support response would take days, and we wouldn't get a solution for even longer. "The perfect Multi Channel Listing Software for a very fair price"

What do you like best about StoreAutomator?

The software is easy to list on multi channel marketplaces while keeping all of the data and images centralized. The cost is very fair almost 1/3 to 1/2 the price of leading softwares, but the functionality is not compromised due to the pricing. In fact, it is not revenue shared model at the moment, it is fixed price meaning you don't get dinged for growing and building revenue. The technical and customer support is super good, both via phone and email, and they seem very invested in making sure we are satisfied, and will also offer to make custom tweaks, integrations, and APIs for little to no extra charges. They believe in a long term relationship, and we appreciate that which is why we are happy to write a review here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoreAutomator?

Some features and functions regarding images, UI, can be tricky to use, but they are working on it, have updates every couple of months, and as they grow I'm sure they'll address the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Listing seamlessly on Multi Channel Marketplaces like Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify.
