The onboarding/implementation process was terrific. The onboarding team is knowledgeable and responsive! Ease of use, can't say it enough. Simple and intuitive but does everything we need. Since we use the interface every day we wanted something that was simple, quick to learn but robust with features. It integrates quickly with all of the major channels! The best part is support. When we have a question we get a reply in minutes, and solutions in hours. With our old provider, Channeladvisor support response would take days, and we wouldn't get a solution for even longer.
The software is easy to list on multi channel marketplaces while keeping all of the data and images centralized. The cost is very fair almost 1/3 to 1/2 the price of leading softwares, but the functionality is not compromised due to the pricing. In fact, it is not revenue shared model at the moment, it is fixed price meaning you don't get dinged for growing and building revenue. The technical and customer support is super good, both via phone and email, and they seem very invested in making sure we are satisfied, and will also offer to make custom tweaks, integrations, and APIs for little to no extra charges. They believe in a long term relationship, and we appreciate that which is why we are happy to write a review here!
