We recently had to sign a one-year contract with a new provider because StoreAutomator did not connect to the new Marketplace we had been approved for. Now, 6 months later, the other provider has completely failed. Thankfully, we maintained our service with StoreAutomator due to the many complications with our new provider. They worked aggressively to obtain the approval for the new marketplace so that we can stay with them. It was a harrowing and expensive experience that we regret. StoreAutomator stepped up and worked with us to ensure that all of our marketplaces were properly reconnected without any service interruption.
