I transferred $5000 to my Sticpay account, but they didn't deposit it.
They haven't even replied to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I made a $10 international wire transfer to my Sticpay account, and it was successful.
Then I deposited around $500 using my card, and this transaction was also successful.
However, when I made a $5,000 international wire transfer to my Sticpay account on August 14, 2024, that amount was not deposited into my account.
Sticpay support informed me:
"We would like to inform you that the previous bank account has been terminated. Please kindly ask the sender bank to return the funds to your account, or they will be returned to your account automatically after a period of time.
Please kindly note to check the deposit details before transferring funds to our bank account."
The support team only replied to me once, and since then, I have emailed more than 10 times without receiving any response.
I still hope you will reply.
