Absolutely horrible customer service, and they do fraudulent transactions with your credit card, which they refuse to provide explanations or refunds, I made a transaction on August 16, for $300, which I canceled the next day since I didn't need it anymore, I got a refund on the same day ( August 17) and thought it was all over, but boy was I wrong, they did a non authorized charge on my credit card for $300 on August 18, 2023, when I contacted them on this they did not want to provide much information and instead just said that the refund was done on "August 17" and they are unaware of other charges.

Well then, I did a chargeback via the bank since they do not want to admit they charged me $300 erronouesly, and today Oct 03 they sent me an email with the most stupidiest explanation on top of asking me to please cancel the dispute with the bank so that they can further analyze my case and then see if it they could refund the money they stole from me in the first place.

Note that the $300 charge occured when I had already deleted my payment method from their website, but it seems they save all your credit card information and can make transactions using your credit card regardless, so I suggest people to be extremely careful when using Remitly, I would advise not to use it at all.
