As an admin, there is no breakdown of how much we have in each and every wallet we have.
would be good if the transactions can sync to Xero automatically
for the layout, the side menu is nice but it collapses on it own so would be good if it can let me fix it or collapse it

1. attractive exchange rate and lower transaction fees as compared with the traditional bank that I used. 
2. Unlimited virtual cards for all of us with 1% cash back on card spending so I created 1 card for each project manager so that I can monitor their spending
3. Approval process are online so it is very convenient. save paper

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

Submitting company claims is very simple and takes just a short time to do. The app interface is user-friendly and easy to learn for everyone in the company. From the traditional method of submitting claims to using Spenmo, it has been a huge improvement.

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

The submission of a cash disbursement claim on the Spenmo app directly leads me to the camera to take photo of supporting document or upload image. It would be good if I can fill up the claims information first before taking the photo. Also, would be great if I can upload PDF file instead of photos only.

**What problems is Spenmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claims process is traceable by me instead of having to check with the finance department of my company. It has reduced the time taken to check back and forth and I can now easily see the status of my claims submissions.

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

The app has been really convenient and helpful to my claims when submitting these claims to my company's financial department. It has been really a life and time saver for me.

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

The main issue with this app is that there are different sections/options that needs to be selected properly before the claim is processed. There were several occasions that the claim got rejected and bounced back to us as the claim options were not selected correctly. It would have been good if the options were clearly stated in the cash reimbursement function so that these can be reduced.

**What problems is Spenmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spenmo resolves the issue of time to get back claims from the company. From the traditional reimbursement from finance via emails and Excel, this method on Spenmo allows me to visually track the past claims.

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

- Simple Intuitive Interface which allows me to onboard everyone quickly
- Mobile App is simple and stable to use
- Easy to manage manage my Corporate Cards across the whole company 
- Integration to XERO
- Ability to reimburse Staff via the interface using Paynow (reduce the need to separately login to bank) 
- Excellent support from the Core team and my Accounts Manager (Kudos to Calvin Ng)

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

There is little to dislike about the platform. Minor peeves 
- Tedious to manage and transfer $$ to individual wallets (too granular) 
- Reporting capabilities are limited

Hope they really improve the Offline Archiving of Data (for internal audit compliance) 
- Export of Past Transactions for offline archiving is not complete (all the digital uploads of receipts/invoices cannot be exported. Only a URL is provided which requires manual clicks to download)

**What problems is Spenmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Corp Cards from banks are not versatile enough as I can't issue for different departments. With spenmo, I am able to issue virtual CC anytime and specific with usage rules + ability to consolidate purchase evidence for various transactions
- Tracking CC usage + capturing evidence of purchase is very manual before spenmo
- Staff reimbursements and claims are paperwork intensive and tedious. With spenmo, the mobile app allows easy capture + ability to review & reimburse via Paynow within same interface
- Paying of Overseas suppliers using Spenmo interface+rates is much better

Bill payments because easy for us to make local and international transactions only in one application. In addition, we can monitor employee transactions, reimbursement, budgeting, etc.

Before using Spenmo we did international transactions with third parties and it was too complicated but with Spenmo we do it more simple and easy

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

Spenmo helped us in our budget control. In the past, every employee will just make purchases using their own card and claim at the end of the month. This resulted in uncontrolled spending and many times, we crossed our budget for claims. With Spenmo, i can top up a limited amount per month and limits the spending of each employee. For employees, it is also a "benefit" as they are given a company credit card. How many companies actually give that?

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

The credit card top up option was pretty useful to help us stretch our cashflow further. That was very useful especially  for us as a DTC startup.

**What problems is Spenmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budget control and payment to partners local and overseas. The overseas payout options at just $1 and with exchange rate near Google best rate is super useful.

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

We love the easy management of various types of company expenses, for direct expenses using debit MC cards and the bill payment system. Everything is visible and tracked in real-time. Fees are very reasonable, compared with another platform we previously used. Plus, there's the added bonus of cashback that gives my AP team pleasant surprises.

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

As an approver in the system, it would greatly help if I can use the app to approve/release bill payment transactions, so I can do everything on the go.... or, did I miss something, and it can already be done?

We don't specifically have any problems before using Spenmo. What Spenmo does is bring added efficiency to our AP and expenses reimbursement processes, while reducing transaction costs. We moved from another platform to Spenmo for our AP.

Easily accessible and quite intuitive to use. I like the orange and white colour scheme because it feels very energizing and upbeat and young and it makes me happy to use it.

The different wallets can be a bit confusing to switch between at times. I don't like having to download an entire app that I only use a few time in a months especially when there is limited phone storage space.

Troublesome claims submissions process. Spenmo makes the process simpler and immediately accessible from anywhere and anytime. I can now immediately manage my claims after every spend.

so far so good tbh, just one small thing, there's no direct customer service on the app so we have to contact them via email. but not a big problem tho, all good 👍🏼

we're using spenmo for our monthly allowance (like to buy books etc), and spenmo makes it easier for all the employees. and since it's a virtual card, we can buy books online without having to go to a store.

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

Simple UI to view, helpful support team that will answer your questions, easy to integrate with your current accounting software requires not much changes to work flow. Easy download of statements which allows checking between statements on Spenmo to our accounting software. The customer service team is very receptive to feedback and always gets a response regarding any issues we encountered. Command and control is easy as we are able to set a limit of how much each card can spend, and able to individually see each user has been spending on what expenses. Offer similar rewards as owning a physical card which makes having virtual cards very attractive.

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

Feature yet to be refined like a more powerful search engine like searching by vendor name or having simple macros to select dates easily like current month transactions or past months transactions. some fields are not implemented as of yet causing it to still be 10% manual when doing reconciliation into accounting software. There are times where transaction failed to sync however unable to view why unable to sync and after syncing a few times will be able to sync in.

**Recommendations to others considering Spenmo:**

Just give it a go, simple to understand and use easy on users to use too. Something basic, frisk free with an excel for mass uploading of payment.

Mass payment via PayNow and easy reconciliation, virtual cards to segment different users for different usage. Very easy to use. I was able to send an international money transfer in less than a minute. I will nevever use the traditional Bank Telegraphic Transfer again

- If only I could Top-up using credit card it will be too good. Also the time it takes for the international payment to reach is quite long. Should be next working day.

**What do you like best about Spenmo?**

My company used to use the old traditional way of reimbursement for benefits like self-development allowance, and it took quite some time to deal with the invoicing, etc. Now with Spenmo, we can do it effortlessly.
Really easy to use by the employees and really easy to check by the finance team!

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

What can be improved is having a reminder feature. For example, if we haven't used the balance, we can set a reminder for each specific date to be notified so we don't forget to use the monthly balance.

The trivial work of making invoices and submitting them. Sometimes I forget to do it and can't reimburse the benefit. With Spenmo I never missed the reimbursement.

Spenmo is really easy to use! It's like having your own (virtual) corporate card in your smartphone and just connect it to all the payments that need to be done

When I had my transtraction canceled and need to wait for almost 14 work days to get the refund back. I hope there is a faster way to refund the money so I can make another transaction soon

After a year of using Spenmo, they developed their system a lot to make their user more convenient. Because we can approve reimbursement just with one click from our phone, bank transfer with same day service. and if we have a problem, their admin is very helpful and fast response. Last but not least, spenmo makes your company easier to handle finance and operations.

Pay bills seamlessly, you don't need to go to the bank just to pay bills.

When you pay higher than 50K up you need to process it before 3 PM to be deducted from your account on the next day.

Spenmo has made collective spending easy. Its integration with our current accounting software is seamless and our work processes have been streamlined greatly.

In-app transaction history details can be included whenever payment has failed to process. This can be due to various reasons, such as low credit in a specific account. At the moment, the notification pop up cannot be traced and can be missed out

Collation of spending across departments has been a breeze. Previously we had to split cross-departmental payments manually but with the virtual credit cards and automated integration to accounting processing, it made it a breeze

Spenmo automates a number of expense management features. Expense claims can be loaded onto the platform with the right date and a copy of the invoice, and this is automatically uploaded into the accounting system.

The interface is still being refined and it is still quite new.

Spenmo avoids the tedious and labor intensive process of manually recording and reconciling invoices, not to mention paying them.

The customer accunt service has improved and is very promp. When  we face issues on using the Spenmo, the customer service manager will revert, and also listen to our experience on using Spenmo.

**What do you dislike about Spenmo?**

To upload the receipts- there is a need to select from the photo album and you can only select one picture at a time.  If you miss the selection, you will need to reload the app again.

It helps me to manage the spend management of my team. My team can upload receipts on the go and they integrate with xero cloud accounting software.

1. I can track my spending easily and get reimbursement easily too
2. The customer support is very helpful. I once lost access to my account due to forgetting my phone number, the Spenmo customer support helped me fast and efficiently.

It would be better to have a reminder system, to input invoices at a certain date to prevent forgetting things and not getting reimbursements

With Spenmo, I can get personal self development allowance from my company faster and easier. I can easily report my spending too, with invoices that can be easily uploaded in the app

I like that I can easily use Spenmo across all platforms and ecommerce, by using it as debit card. It makes it very convenient as I can just save it.

Sometimes when I want to add receipt it can be a bit buggy when the file size is big, so I need to reload the app.
