
We initially decided to utilize a third party status platform due to some limited outages which made it difficult to communicate effectively to our customers as well as our internal resources. By utilizing StatusHub we were able to create both internal and external hubs that are managed be our team to effectively communicate system issues whether expected, or unexpected. Not any fault of the platform, but there is a fair amount of management that is required. We have different resources throughout the organization that are responsible for their areas of business to be kept up to date.
