**What do you like best about StatusHub?**

We initially decided to utilize a third party status platform due to some limited outages which made it difficult to communicate effectively to our customers as well as our internal resources. By utilizing StatusHub we were able to create both internal and external hubs that are managed be our team to effectively communicate system issues whether expected, or unexpected.

**What do you dislike about StatusHub?**

Not any fault of the platform, but there is a fair amount of management that is required. We have different resources throughout the organization that are responsible for their areas of business to be kept up to date. It's the nature of the beast, but it certainly isn't just a set it and forget it type thing.

**Recommendations to others considering StatusHub:**

Move forward with it. Your organization and customers will thank you.

**What problems is StatusHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating effectively to stakeholders, whether those are internal or external. The variety of channels means that depending on your job style you can receive texts, emails, Team/Slack messages, etc.
