I appreciate the wide range of automated and pre-configured options available within the StarRez modules. I also value how StarRez genuinely listens to its customers' needs and preferences, consistently releasing updates, changes, and new features for its modules and programs. It is clear that this company is committed to listening, learning, innovating, and adapting to meet the needs of both its customers and the students they support. What do you dislike about StarRez?

The main drawback of StarRez is its price, especially when compared to other products available on the market. We are able to offer our students a modern portal experience when they complete their housing applications and other forms. The majority of our processes are either automated or structured in a way that is effective for all staff members, regardless of the internal or external groups we collaborate with.
