"Integrating Stackline into our Walmart eCommerce strategy has been transformative"
What do you like best about Stackline?

Analytics. Stackline's Atlas platform offers deep insights into Walmart's marketplace. It provides detailed data on sales trends, market share, and competitive advertising strategies across over 750 categories. This level of detail has been instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and understanding our position relative to competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

While Stackline's offerings are robust, it's important to note that their services come at a premium. The comprehensive nature of their tools means that the investment is substantial, which may be a consideration for smaller brands or those with limited budgets. "Powerful Retail Intelligence That Drives Real Decisions"
What do you like best about Stackline?

Stackline has become an essential tool in our retail analytics workflow. Its ability to surface granular insights—like keyword performance, pricing trends, and competitive benchmarking—has helped us pinpoint exactly why certain products underperform, even in growing categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

The only thing is that the data have a 2-week delay, but it is close enough to make analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate way to determine brand standing"
What do you like best about Stackline?

I love that it's easy to see KPIs at a glance. Building custom segments is easy and provides a quick way to gauge the category and see where my brand stands within the larger landscape. It provides a lot of KPIs to further dig into market shifts, drops in sales, increases in MS, etc. Stackline provides an overall view of how my brand is performing within my category as well as broadly. Customer support is responsive. Full onboarding was done by another team with my team's input, and I've heard that the general integration and implementation was a bit tedious. I use it almost everyday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

The backend setup of segment creation can be tedious, but once done, it's a breeze to replicate for new segments and views. The time selection can sometimes be finnicky, but usually operates as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An essential part of our digital team."
What do you like best about Stackline?

By far the most accurate, easily configurable, best-communicated software partner we have. Integration and implementation was a breeze with Stackline handling the majority of the heavy lifting. The super-intuitive UI (that's continually being upgraded and improved) makes it simple to train new employees or other employees in the company on use, and configurability allows each team member to build the service to fit their needs (examples: e-comm, brand, product management, and product development teams all tracking different KPIs). Our account reps are extremely helpful and easy to reach and our biweekly meetings on usage and new features are invaluable. We use Stackline's Beacon and Atlas services daily and they have become an essential part of nearly every workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

Without guidance, the sheer amount of data can be overwhelming. Fortunately, beyond the support you get from account reps, Stackline has robust walkthroughs and detailed descriptions of nearly every part of their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Market Insights for a Niche Category"
What do you like best about Stackline?

The market insights into our core category are invaluable to helping us build strategies and gauge our market success. Additionally the tools are very user-friendly which make them easy to introduce and get broad adoption. While the tools are simple, there is a great deal of data and information to mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

There are some limitations of the tool, gaps in the data that can skew results, but generally it is directionally correct and provides more insight than we would have without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable category insights"
What do you like best about Stackline?

Stackline unlocks category insights that I wouldn't have access to otherwise, understanding the category size of prize, comparative scale of competitor ASINs and the drivers of performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

Setting up and maintaining keyword lists is quite manual.

Comparing performance drivers of competitor ASINs takes time to click through multiple screens as it's not easy to see these side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Amazon Market Share Tool with Great Support, but Data Access and Flexibility Could Improve"
What do you like best about Stackline?

Trustworthy source of truth for our organization for understanding market share on Amazon and using that as a proxy for the whole online picture

I use it a couple times a week

UI is mostly intuitive

Ability to create custom segments, business units, topics is useful

Ability to include/exclude specific products is useful

Service representatives are very helpful and responsive, and keep us in the loop with new innovation / tool updates. They also send periodic category updates that are insightful for understanding emerging trends, new entrants to our categories, standout competitors, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

Bulk download of data is slow and often breaks

Default weekly breakout is also difficult to work with sometimes because most business reviews like to look at monthly or quarterly

Never feel like I'm getting the full picture because only limited to categories that I am subscribed to

Because we work with a third party, we aren't able to integrate with seller central API, leaving a big gap in Beacon data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insight Masterclass!"
What do you like best about Stackline?

I love the ability to use stackline to analyse the sales in each markets and separate 1p and 3p sales so easily - it has made us aware of opportunities and helped us form business plans. There is also a wide range of features and we can segment those features to retrieve our desired data. Further the customer support has been fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

There are times that when you get to the very granular detail it isn't always 100% accurate - despite this it's still a great tool and any issues we have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data rich and cutomizable"
What do you like best about Stackline?

Best part is that you can create segments and analyze exactly the set of SKUs you want to. The timeline of data available is 2 years which is great. Useful data metrics available. We use it on a daily basis and it is fairly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stackline?

Only Amazon is available as of now atleast in the GCC region. Would be good to have access to other platforms as well. The tool is quite costly considering you have to select the categories and don’t get access to all the categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
