&lt;p&gt;My guess is these platforms mostly change how visible existing phishing attempts are rather than blocking meaningfully more than 365&#39;s native filtering catches on its own, since the underlying detection often overlaps. Where they earn their keep is reducing the manual work around handling what gets through, easier flagging, automatic encryption, fewer IT tickets, more than a dramatic drop in raw volume reaching inboxes.&lt;/p&gt;
