What do you like best about Sprout Social?

The platform is a full-featured solution for mid-tier to enterprise businesses. The support is excellent, and the advanced AI tools are genuinely helpful—they assist rather than get in the way. The platform was very easy to use from an agent's perspective and was easy to implement from a management perspective. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Honestly the number one thing I love about it is that I can see all the messages in one inbox so I don’t have to open up 6 or 7 different tabs. My bus is 20 minutes late and I’m starving right now so I am just using the time to type this on my phone. With Sprout Social I just click and go through all the comments at once from one screen. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

There is no dark mode which makes my eyes hurt. It’s so frustrating. The Instagram story reporting also was buggy for months and was giving us totally inaccurate numbers and I had to spend hours manually counting everything myself. When the reporting didn’t work, the customer service team offered account credits but nothing else as a way to make good on the fact that the data wasn’t usable. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

Sprout Social fits well into my daily routine because it keeps my posting work simple and organized. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health content, so I regularly share posts about cholesterol, blood pressure, low hemoglobin, diet tips, and basic health awareness. Before using this, I used to post directly from each platform whenever I got time, and many days I missed posting. Now I can prepare posts in one go and schedule them properly.

The calendar view helps me plan my week better. I can clearly see what is going live on which day, so I don’t repeat the same topic back to back. Connecting my LinkedIn and X profiles was straightforward, and I didn’t need any technical help to get started.

I usually use Sprout Social a few times in a week. When I get free time, I draft a few health posts and schedule them ahead. This saves me time during busy clinic hours and keeps my content consistent.

I also check simple performance data to see which health posts get more replies or engagement. It helps me understand what people find useful, so I can improve future posts. it helps me manage my professional content without making things complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

Sometimes the calendar and composer feel a bit heavy when I am working on multiple posts at once, and the page takes a moment to respond. Also, when I am scheduling posts, I need to double-check the selected profile because it’s easy to miss if the wrong account is selected. It’s not a big issue, but it slows me down a little during busy times. I’ve had a couple of moments where I had to edit a post again because I selected the wrong profile by mistake. Most significant hurdle is the pricing structure which can feel quite step for smaller teams or agencies when compared to mid market alternatives like Hootsuite. I have also noticed that the social listing tools, while incredibly powerful require a fair amount of manual curi tuning to ensure you aren't catching too much irrelevant noise. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

The most helpful aspect of Sprout Social is its ability to publish posts across multiple social media platforms and manage multiple accounts at once. I can customize each scheduled post to meet the specific standards of each platform and tailor the content to fit each account. This makes my workflow far more efficient. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I previously scheduled posts using Later.com, and there are two features I preferred on that platform compared to Sprout Social.

First, Later allowed me to upload multiple videos and photos into a media library and keep a small archive that I could easily access. I could click on the content I needed and quickly build and schedule multiple posts from that archive. With Sprout, I have to upload a single piece of content, create the entire post, and schedule it before starting a separate upload for a different post. This has required me to significantly adjust my workflow.

Second, Later would automatically adjust file sizes if I accidentally uploaded a video with quality settings that were too high for a platform. On Sprout, the post simply generates an error and fails to publish. In some cases, I am not notified until after the scheduled publish time has already passed. This has become a major issue, especially when I am away from my computer and unable to quickly fix the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I really appreciate Sprout Social for its speed and efficiency when scheduling and reviewing posts. I especially like the ability to post across multiple social profiles while having full access to customize the content for each in one space, which saves me a lot of time. It avoids the need to duplicate content by default on various profiles, and I don't have to reupload an asset over and over again. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I like how Sprout Social makes scheduling seamless and the reporting is easy. The platform shows me where we stand with our competitors. I really appreciate the reporting and tagging features. We post a lot of different types of content throughout the year and the tagging allows us to keep track of how different types of content are performing. The reporting provides a nice baseline of metrics so we can see if something is performing well or isn't working. Sometimes it seems that the social platforms don't give Sprout published content the same weight in their algorithms. What do you like best about Sprout Social?

I use Sprout Social daily for different tasks, primarily for publishing and scheduling our social media content. The thing I like the most about Sprout Social is the convenience of getting everything scheduled out at the times that make the most sense for different platforms. We can make everything look as organic as possible. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we had an account representative to help us with the onboarding process, and they were very supportive throughout that time. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I feel like the AI features can still use some improvement. They've been great to work with, but compared to some of the other platforms that I've seen, I know that there's still some opportunity for improvement. Whenever I use Sprout Social to use the AI, it feels pretty much like the same responses that I get. Like, the AI doesn't really understand us as a company, quite yet. What do you dislike about Sprout Social?

I wish there was a way to schedule stories on Instagram and Facebook. I know you can do it on Instagram but I need to post links in my stories. So I wish there was a way to schedule story posts and be able to add music and links and such. I also wish I could schedule carousel posts and photos and schedule music with it too. Is it possible to connect multiple Instagram accoutns? I am having a hard time with that so I wish that was easier.

I also wish there was a way to see the current feed and how my next posts would look in the feed so it all looks cohesive together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
