&lt;p&gt;For mid-market, &quot;reliable&quot; is less about crashes, since these are all stable, than about version drift you can&#39;t control. You can&#39;t force one version across a mixed fleet, so the same tool on a three-year-old install can render a form or a signature differently than the current release does. It surfaces as a tool failure when it&#39;s really a same-tool-different-version problem, and mid-market hits it hardest precisely because there&#39;s no MDM discipline forcing everyone onto one build.&lt;/p&gt;
