Sprinklr is for teams that want to take their social media to the next level. The customization is truly next level and makes it easy to tailor the platform to your specific needs. Sprinklr generates a lot of data that helps inform decision-making, which has been valuable for our team. Social advocacy has been a major highlight for us as well. We also like the UX, the AI translation features, and the suggestions it provides. On top of that, the governance across Sprinklr Social has helped us ensure all programs operate within the guardrails we’ve set at the brand level. We also like to be able to publish across different channels and customize the message within one window. The social listening is unmatched and has allowed us to get near real-time insights about earned mentions. Overall we have been able to tailor Sprinklr to our needs as our program has grown and we haven't been limited by our technology when thinking about new things we want to test. Sprinklr can always do what we need which was important for us when we were scaling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sprinklr can feel over-engineered if it isn’t set up correctly. It’s really important for your internal team to be properly trained before using Sprinklr. If your team doesn’t have an advanced social media or social listening background, that skill gap can lead people to dislike the platform. We’ve run into situations where our internal teams had that gap and couldn’t get the platform to do what we needed it to do. The managed services teams are AMAZING at bridging that gap if you need expertise you don’t have in-house. That does come with a cost, but in my experience it’s worth it to make sure your instance doesn’t become overly complex. Most of the things I have disliked can be changed and it's just the time to get to that "custom" build. The first year, it really does take up that ramp-up time. Just know that Sprinklr is a journey and not a quick solve for your org. If you go into it knowing you are building for the long term, you'll have a better experience. Generic support can be tough to get help from but I find that our CS manager can always help get us answers if we can't get it through the support team. I think as long as you are proactive at speaking up about what you need and what you're not getting your account teams will look to find a solution for you.
