# Which event networking and matchmaking platforms integrate seamlessly with marketing automation platforms for post-event follow-up?

Hi G2 community,

Zuddl is the one I'd put at the top, if post-event follow-up through your marketing stack is the priority. A marketing and sales ops director described it outperforming other platforms specifically on Salesforce sync, and another reviewer called the HubSpot connection "native" rather than a bolted-on workaround. One caveat from a recent review: the Marketo integration still has gaps around custom statuses.

BigMarker is a reasonable second option. Reviewers describe using it alongside HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline workflows, though one flagged occasional Salesforce sync issues and another wanted smoother third-party connections for post-event handoff specifically.

I'll be straight about a gap in the data: I couldn't find recent vFairs or Airmeet reviews naming a specific marketing automation tool. That's not proof they're weak here, just that the review evidence doesn't back a claim either way, so I'd ask both vendors directly about HubSpot or Marketo connectors before assuming.

Which marketing automation platform are you syncing into, and is it the CRM sync or the actual follow-up sequencing that matters more for your team?

The follow-up integration is the part everyone nods at during the sale and nobody tests until the event's over and the leads are stale. What matters isn't "has a HubSpot logo on the page," it's whether the networking data (who met whom, who scanned what) actually flows into your automation as usable fields you can trigger on. A CSV export you upload Monday morning is not an integration. Which specific marketing platform are you feeding, and do you need the behavioral data or just the contact list? That decides whether this is solved or a manual slog.
