What do you like best about Spotnana?

It's very user friendly. I'm easily able to punch in my dates and destination. I like that it auto populates the names of airports after I type in just one or two characters. I also like the option to select a round trip so that I can pick one airline for my departure and maybe a different airline for my return. It's very simple to customize my results if I would only like to see nonstop flights in my results. My experience has been positive enough that I've never required customer support. What do you dislike about Spotnana?

I've noticed that it doesn't populate results from Southwest where I keep points. The user interface could be a little less plain and a little more interactive and friendly. I wish it would let me select multiple airports in a single geographic area like with other travel websites. What do you like best about Spotnana?

Spotnana is super easy to use, I love how easily you can use filters to only see your preferred brands depending on your loyalty preference. It is a breeze getting a trip booked, with just a few clicks, you are ready. The few times I've needed Customer Support, the Chat channel is fast and easy and when needing to call ( e.g at the airport) their representatives are kind , effective and empathic. What do you dislike about Spotnana?

My only area for improvement might be in the app, sometimes I've seen that when you push it too hard ( too many filters, back and forth on options, etc) it crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotnana?

I think Spotnana's UI is easy to use. It's very intuitive. I also like the 24/7 chat-- it has proved helpful especially when my plate is full. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotnana?

Sometimes the website can be a bit clunky. For instance, I was comparing flight options for a multi-city flight, and I needed to compare pricing options. I knew what the first leg needed to be, but I was trying to select other options for the subsequent legs to see what the cost would ultimately be. However, every time I pressed "back," the website reloaded all the way to the beginning of the booking, with all the legs erased from the flight search bar. I had to do the long-winded process of selecting each and every leg again, which was super time consuming. It would have been nice if I could have just pressed "back" and it took me back to, for instance, the second leg I had searched, instead of just resetting everything. What do you like best about Spotnana?

Spotnana's website is so user friendly! I can log in and quickly have my travel plans completed and added to my calendar.If I need assistance just a quick text and I am on my way. I use spotnana for every trip I plan. The site gives me a complete view of what is available and how I can save my company money and understand the choices. Our comapny changed to Spotnana a couple of months ago and the implentation and training was so through. And if you need to speak to someone just pick up the phone they take care of all your request. What do you like best about Spotnana?

Everything!! It is a true pleasure booking and managing corporate travel and thought that would never be possible in my lifetime. Spotnana carefully and methodically has thought through every user persona and how to streamline and make their travel booking experience seamless. From a travel manager perspective, it is an absolute dream allowing you to manage your entire global program from end to end in 1 instance. With content from a multitude of channels and live, trustworthy analytics you are able to proactively manage travel programs for the 1st time ever. Implementations are no longer long, tenuous transferring of data but focused on the strategy of traveler behaviors and how to use the tool to the fullest extent. What do you like best about Spotnana?

I love how easy everything feels and I've had incredible experiences with the live human agents that help me modify my bookings. I had an experience in Boston last year where I was supposed to go to New York, Boston, and then up to Maine but the New York clients had to reschedule and the Maine travel got interrupted so I neded up having to stay in Boston for the full week. The Spotnana team were incredible and helped me get everything rearranged so I didn't lose hotels or money on the reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotnana?

The customer service no matter where I am in the world or the time of day. I formerly used Concur, which has an outdated feel and ZERO customer service if I am traveling out of the country. What do you dislike about Spotnana?

When I am booking airfare, I check other sites to see what the going rate is. Sometimes Spotnana is not showing these airfares and I have to reach customer service to find and book that rate. This incurs a fee and I feel that I shouldn't be charged for issues like this. Other than that the platform is easy to use and has all the features I need to get my travel booked.
