What I like the most is the simplicity for booking. Saving me a lot of time.

I dislike the booking fee they charge and how hard it is to get a refund.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

It's very user friendly. I'm easily able to punch in my dates and destination. I like that it auto populates the names of airports after I type in just one or two characters. I also like the option to select a round trip so that I can pick one airline for my departure and maybe a different airline for my return. It's very simple to customize my results if I would only like to see nonstop flights in my results. My experience has been positive enough that I've never required customer support.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

I've noticed that it doesn't populate results from Southwest where I keep points. The user interface could be a little less plain and a little more interactive and friendly. I wish it would let me select multiple airports in a single geographic area like with other travel websites. For example, there's three major airports in the Bay Area where I frequently travel out of.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to easily book flights on my company's dime so that they can immediately view the itinerary. That allows me to not worry about forwarding confirmation emails or making sure that my superior knows my travel plans.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

Spotnana is super easy to use, I love how easily you can use filters to only see your preferred brands depending on your loyalty preference. It is a breeze getting a trip booked, with just a few clicks, you are ready. The few times I've needed Customer Support, the Chat channel is fast and easy and when needing to call ( e.g at the airport) their representatives are kind , effective and empathic.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

My only area for improvement might be in the app, sometimes I've seen that when you push it too hard ( too many filters, back and forth on options, etc) it crashes.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has everything I need to book a cusotemr travel ( Hotel, airfare, cars, etc) in a single place, displaying all the options at my disposal with out leaving their page.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

I had previously booked a flight using Spotnana. It was easy to find because it is integrated into our work platform. It was really easy to use and the customer service team made it possible for me to make changes efficiently and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

When you get closer to the date you have to make changes through the airline. However, in anytime before than you can communicate with Spotnana team.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the many options you are given and the prices. If you are having to choose through multiple dates, you can find that information easily. Also, I like that it is built in software so we do not have to wait to get reimbursed by the company.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

I think Spotnana's UI is easy to use. It's very intuitive. I also like the 24/7 chat-- it has proved helpful especially when my plate is full.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

Sometimes the website can be a bit clunky. For instance, I was comparing flight options for a multi-city flight, and I needed to compare pricing options. I knew what the first leg needed to be, but I was trying to select other options for the subsequent legs to see what the cost would ultimately be. However, every time I pressed "back," the website reloaded all the way to the beginning of the booking, with all the legs erased from the flight search bar. I had to do the long-winded process of selecting each and every leg again, which was super time consuming. It would have been nice if I could have just pressed "back" and it took me back to, for instance, the second leg I had searched, instead of just resetting everything.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me book travel for my team, and the live chat agent takes care of the more time consuming problems I have so I can focus on other tasks.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

Spotnana's website is so user friendly! I can log in and quickly have my travel plans completed and added to my calendar.If I need assistance just a quick text and I am on my way.  I use spotnana for every trip I plan. The site gives me a complete view of what is available and how I can save my company money and understand the choices. Our comapny changed to Spotnana a couple of months ago and the implentation and training was so through. And if you need to speak to someone just pick up the phone they take care of all your request.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

No real downside but an app would be great!

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could not find a couple of receipts from travel because I had deleted them. I used the text customer support and the reciepts were in my inbox in just minutes.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

Everything!!  It is a true pleasure booking and managing corporate travel and thought that would never be possible in my lifetime.  Spotnana carefully and methodically has thought through every user persona and how to streamline and make their travel booking experience seamless.  From a travel manager perspective, it is an absolute dream allowing you to manage your entire global program from end to end in 1 instance.  With content from a multitude of channels and live, trustworthy analytics you are able to proactively manage travel programs for the 1st time ever.  Implementations are no longer long, tenuous transferring of data but focused on the strategy of traveler behaviors and how to use the tool to the fullest extent.  With open API architecture, you can bring in any travel partner into this new ecosystem and the capabilities are endless.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

Spotnana has done the very hard, major, things that no one in the industry could accomplish, and did them extremely well.  There are still bells and whistles that are on the road map that will make this tool even better.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overcomplicating corporate travel to make implementation and ongoing account management reactive.  Lack of normalized content and trustworthy data.

**What do you like best about Spotnana?**

I love how easy everything feels and I've had incredible experiences with the live human agents that help me modify my bookings.  I had an experience in Boston last year where I was supposed to go to New York, Boston, and then up to Maine but the New York clients had to reschedule and the Maine travel got interrupted so I neded up having to stay in Boston for the full week.  The Spotnana team were incredible and helped me get everything rearranged so I didn't lose hotels or money on the reservations.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

So far, there is nothing I've found that I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used a much larger (and clunkier) system previously so Spotnana has been a breath of fresh air with it's ease of use and great customer service.

I have had a consistently positive experience with Spotnana as our firm's travel agency. The customer service no matter where I am in the world or the time of day.  I formerly used Concur, which has an outdated feel and ZERO customer service if I am traveling out of the country.  Spotnana ensures I am covered which makes me feel safe when far from home.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

When I am booking airfare, I check other sites to see what the going rate is.  Sometimes Spotnana is not showing these airfares and I have to reach customer service to find and book that rate.  This incurs a fee and I feel that I shouldn't be charged for issues like this.  Other than that the platform is easy to use and has all the features I need to get my travel booked.

I can create a trip and make reservations for airlines, hotel and rental car all in one spot.

Sometimes takes a long time to chat with customer service when I have an issue.

I make travel reservations for multiple people and spotnana provides me with a 1-stop shop for all I need to complete those travel reservations. I especially like the way it stores information like airlines miles numbers, in the profiles.

Spotnana was very helpful setting up travel accommodations for our annual work conference and it was very easy to switch flights if something came up.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

I don't have any dislikes about using Spotnana at this time as we are still relatively new to the platform. Customer support has always been super responsive when our team had to switch flights and it's been so user friendly.

We have over 100 employees and Spotnana makes it very easy to book flights and have a central hub where we can see what day/time everyone gets in for our annual conference. It is making everyone's lives easier which is the benefit.

I have to say that I wish all the hotels allowed you to pay at the hotels in advance. I know that's not Spotnana's fault but it would be much easier for people.

I used the booking tool online and kept getting pulled so just chatted on the support email and everything was taken care of for me.

They are currently trying to change my hotel reservations which is taking a couple of days because of Chicago's phone lines being down.

Very proactive Customer Service, all the agents I encountered were there to help very kindly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

I wish the search was a bit more intuitive, for some reason I ended up finding it easier to look for the hotel on Booking and then seeing if I liked it. Just the navigation could be a bit better.

**What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could book flights and accommodation independently, with a corporate card that is not mine. Very convenient and easy, first time booking and I got the hang of it quite well.

Hotel, flight,and car info all in one place and easy to use. I like how you can "add to trip" and store all the info in an organized folder. I love that Spotana is just like any other of your favorite day to day apps. Is super easy to use and navigate. for someone who travels a lot like me, it is greatly appreciated that everything can be done within the app. I also really like that evey change to your itinerary, you get timely updates and they also add your loyalty programs making it easier to get your perks at you fav airline/hotel. Just awesome!

I really like the Seat1A service. It has been very much white glove service and has helped to much in taking over stressful travel situations. I also love how easy it is to communicate with the team at the push of a button!

One thing I do dislike is there has been a one off where I did catch a mistake made with one of my bookings that had I not looked over would have been really difficult to deal with.

Booking flights and hotels with Spotana is quick and straightforward. I've never had to look up a guide because the UI and navigation is very intuitive. The UI is better than other travel management software I have used. The one time I contacted customer support the agent was helpful and accomplished what I needed help with.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

Sometimes it takes a second for the flights and hotel options to load when searching. The lag isn't bad and the same thing happens for other travel management software so it might just be inherent latency in fetching/aggregating the results across sites. My customer support interaction was very pleasant but it did take a fair amount of time for a request (rescheduling flight) that I thought would be very straightforward.

Spotana lets me book travel and flight quickly without any headaches. I don't dread having to deal with the monkey of scheduling flights/hotels. I see Spotana as making the travel booking experience more efficient at my company. There might be other money savers that are at play from the admin side but I'm not aware of them as a user. In my opinion, the less I think of business operation tools such as Spotana the better, since I'm only thinking about them when they are inefficient or creating problems, and Spotana would definitely fall into that category.

Compared to other platforms, it is a bit slower. The loading time as much to be desired and wish they would make it easier to filter and keep those options while looking at flights (i.e. If I'm looking at nonstop flight outbound, I'd like for the filter to keep the "nonstop" option automatically while looking for inbound rather than selecting the filter again).

I continuously compare Spotnana's rates for both flights & hotels with our company's current vendor. Spotnana always saves me money. International flights tend to be a much bigger savings by simply using Spotnana. Spotnana is very easy to navigate. I especially appreciate being able to filter not only hotel brands, but the superbrands making hotel selection easy. The customer service line when you need quick assistant is FAST. I used to spend 15-30 minutes on hold just waiting for an agent. Spotnana's cs team answers phones expedetially quicker. They even have a chat feature for those times when you can't jump on a call.

**What do you dislike about Spotnana?**

There have been a few issues that IT has had to work through. I have had difficulty pulling up specific flights for a trip that were requested, so I was told to book individual segments. That lead to seperate approvals, which are easily overlooked in a sea of emails. There is currently no way to forward approvals while a manager is out of the office to a delegate, so they can be reviewed/approved, leaving flights to expire and needing to rebook trips.

Spotnana saves money! Being able to scale back T&E by simply booking through Spotnana is a no brainer!
