It's also more up to date than our other inventory tracking software, so I can easily see which PCs are actively being used. The functionality aligns exactly with what we were looking for, and since we were already familiar with Splashtop for remote management, the transition was extremely seamless and easy. **What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?** I don't have a lot of input on that. I also appreciated the ability to update third-party software as well. **What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?** I haven’t found any downside to AEM compared with the Support Premium Plan. It’s the same great remote tool, just with a few added bonuses. That said, it would benefit from a clearer explanation of the difference between Update Endpoint Policies and Scripts and Tasks, since those also include Windows updates. **What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we only have a few Windows servers, using WSUS for updates feels like overkill, and Group Policy is pretty clunky. It's pretty much my one-stop shop. The initial setup was very easy since I was already using Splashtop, and it was on as soon as I provided my credit card.
