What I like most is that Autonomous Endpoint Management is integrated to my current version of Splashtop so I am abler to do OS & 3rd Party Software patching from the same console. I also like the Endpoint Security Overview report which show me in a simple way the endpoints that are at risk ( disabled Endpoint protection , threats found per endpoint, etc.) **What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?** One feature that needs improvement is the 3rd party Software patching. The list of the software that is supported is very limited. **What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small IT department in our company with limmited resources. We are frequently looking to improve security and implementation. The endpoint security dashboard is very intuitive and accurate. Lists all devices, known threats, virus definition updates, and which AV software is installed. There's also a graph which makes it visibly pleasing. The ease of integration within the network is seamless. Before submitting this review we scanned all 300 endpoints, finding multiple unprotected PC's. So IT person can switch user and login with admin account. It paired well with other tools in our environment and offered a lightweight, straightforward interface for remote support and endpoint oversight. I appreciated that it didn’t try to be overly complex—it handled the essentials well without getting in the way. While I’m still more inclined to stick with my primary endpoint management solution for long-term use, Splashtop proved to be a helpful and capable tool during testing. **What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?** During my time testing and based on what I was able to figure out, Splashtop AEM provides basic vulnerability visibility but lacks deeper compliance-focused features—specifically the ability to set CVE thresholds or generate PCI-DSS-specific scoring. I didn’t see an option to create automated alerts tied to CVSS scores or tailor remediation policies based on PCI requirements. In contrast, Syxsense excels in this area with more mature vulnerability management, customizable risk thresholds, and compliance-driven reporting that aligns with PCI-DSS and other standards. Splashtop is solid for lightweight endpoint oversight, but it may fall short for organizations with strict regulatory or audit needs. **What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** CVSS scoring and reporting. From my interactions with the platform i was not sure if it is an ability. With other products, we can report against it and use it for PCI-DSS compliance reporting. ### 9.
