In addition the services offered cover all range and requirements such as Support services and Strategic services. **What do you dislike about Spinnaker Support?** Problem solving time is a challenge. There is a minimum issues with third-party support. The responsiveness can be improved or strengthened. The performance support can be further strengthened. **Recommendations to others considering Spinnaker Support:** Blindly go with third-party support. This would save time and cost. Also independence is guaranteed. **What problems is Spinnaker Support solving and how is that benefiting you?** Best application to use when you want to automate system and process in business functions. I am a finance guy and works with using Oracle and SAP . **What do you like best about Spinnaker Support?** Third party oracle and sap support is greatly boon for automation anywhere as the current project is blackline where we need to automate the blackline account in which most of the account are done by macro activity in which the legacy accounts are comes under oracle and ann account are comes under sap.the oracle action is done by automation anywhere and sap action is done by vbscript which is the most beneficial for the automation anywhere which has sap integration feature **What do you dislike about Spinnaker Support?** i dont find such demerits in third party oracle and sap feature but both of them have data confidentiality feature and we must have the access to run the third party oracle and sap support. **What problems is Spinnaker Support solving and how is that benefiting you?** User-friendly, Easy to learn, Many reporting features, Easy to understand, ### 3.
