"Easy, Realistic AI Interactions—But Voices and Post-Chat Reports Need Work"

What do you like best about Rapport?

I like how the Rapport interactions are first presented, with a scroll-down menu of what my goals are as the user. I also like the cartooniness of avatars…prevents the uncanny valley situation where they are too realistic but creepy. I also like how there's not much lag between my response and the avatar's response. Using Rapport is relatively easy. And the AI responses are realistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapport?

The voices of the AI avatars seemed a bit off. They are still too robotic for my tastes and made the conversations feel unrealistic. I had a hard time taking the interactions seriously with the awkward voices. I also found that the information reported in the Rapport report (after you complete a conversation) was odd...it was giving feedback on the Avatar and not me as the user. If you could improve those two features, then this would be a spectacular product to share with students at my university. They would love getting practice sessions in for their learning using a platform like Rapport, where then can fail in a safe environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rapport is making it possible to have practice training sessions with students. I've just beta-tested it at our university, but it has a lot of potential. What do you like best about Rapport?

I really like Rapport because it's really easy to use, and it helps to put a human touch on what is otherwise just a text interface. People can land on a marketing landing page and have a conversation with an avatar that understands the subject matter of the page and our business. What do you like best about Rapport?

If you're in the business of building AI models, and want an interface that allows natural, engaging interaction with the AI models, look no further. This is an amazing product, with a great team, great support, and an incredibly well thought out architecture, optimized for scale. With several seamless integrations with frontier models, as well as integrations with custom AI models available, you will be able to interact with your AI via spoken dialogue instead of written text, and can even have your AI models look like your favorite gaming character. It's easy to use, easy to implement and setup, can be used as frequently as you want, all at a very friendly price point. You can focus on the science of building reliable and efficient AI models while Rapport will do the rest to make your models look and feel engaging! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapport?

Not a lot, other than a slight apparent delay in responses (compensated for with the engagement achieved), and room for increasing how engaging the characters look when interacting.
