**What do you like best about SpeakUp?**

SpeakUp provides survey features training via in person sessions. The SpeakUp Pulse Survey includes various features such as cultural alignment, employee alignment, feedback management, health & wellness programs, performance management, social recognition, and surveys. It is one of the most helpful tool for the employees in any company.

**What do you dislike about SpeakUp?**

As of now I don't think any negative feedback about this tool. It is working absolutely fine and the way the team delivers services is really excellent and more efficient. 

**Recommendations to others considering SpeakUp:**

SpeakUp tool helps to build a great relationship with employees and employer. Even we can able to list out infrastructure issues or any other issues with reference to our employer using this tool. More efficient and secure tool. With the help of this tool I am able to showcase my performance as well as any issues I am facing to the management team. I am very happy to use this software tool.

**What problems is SpeakUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this tool I am able to show my strengths and my performance metrics to my senior management people very easily. The design and the way it works is really appreciable and it is very easy to use. I like to suggest and recommend this awesome tool to many companies based on its efficiency and transparency.
