**What do you like best about Speakpipe?**

Helps in recording the audio directly from the browser, best feature so far

**What do you dislike about Speakpipe?**

Nothing as of now which is Negetive for the product

It does not need any more software to capture the audio and can directly record

**What do you like best about Speakpipe?**

The idea to receive feedback in the form of voice notes is a great one. I've absolutely enjoyed using the tool. I'm now able to understand my customers with much more clarity.

**What do you dislike about Speakpipe?**

This tool brings a change into the age old process of written feedback. The customers have to be made comfortable with this first. So, the company should be able to make it look interesting and reach out as well.

**What problems is Speakpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After clearing the initial hurdle of change in the feedback channel, I think the biggest achievement is the way we are able to work with our customers now. We have been able to modify our company in lines with what valuable input we have received and the business is looking good now

**What do you like best about Speakpipe?**

Once you create a login account it is plain vanilla to use, hit record straight off the homepage to start recording. Your given ample storage of 100mb to start off free and this is great for sampling if this is your cup of tea. Our office bought a paid annual membership because it was really affordable and easy to use for meeting ba having to host a meeting via Skype or teams in order to record. Everything is so easy to use we really never encountered much issues at all

**What do you dislike about Speakpipe?**

I would say one of the pain points was embedding this from a few lines of code to our SharePoint website page to use quicker vs loading there speakpipe website. Had to contact them multiple times to figure it out when this process should of been much easier

**Recommendations to others considering Speakpipe:**

Very convenient and easy

**What problems is Speakpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recording on the fly, client meetings and meeting minutes that can be revisited and logged as important and this solved that issue directly without any waste of time

**What do you like best about Speakpipe?**

We like the idea that it gives our clients another way to interact with us. 

**What do you dislike about Speakpipe?**

We disliked that our clients didn't use it. It was on our contact page. Either they didn't understand it or they just didn't care to use it.

**What problems is Speakpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't really solve anything unfortunately. Great concept and probably fantastic for some industries, but didn't work well for us.
