We are constantly discovering new ways to improve our content on the site and make it more specific to our company. **What do you dislike about Spark Hire?** It can be difficult to keep track of what invites you've sent after hitting the send button; they'll have to be specifically searched for by name or other criteria. We admittedly do not use all of the capabilities on the platform so I will not speak on how sending videos to candidates or things like that work.
