# Which Trustpilot Consulting partners for hospitality companies are teams most likely to actually adopt?

Hi, hospitality marketers on G2, and the reviewers who evaluate agencies for them. Which Trustpilot consulting partners are hospitality teams most likely to actually adopt, rather than sign and quietly ignore?

Adoption in hotels and restaurants comes down to three things: the review invitation fires from the booking or POS system after checkout, not from a marketing spreadsheet; each property has its own profile through Trustpilot's location reviews; and front-desk staff can reply from a short set of approved responses. A partner that doesn't build for that gets dropped by month three.

I'd like to start a discussion on the Trustpilot Consulting firms on G2 that fit hospitality work. None lists hospitality as a specialism, so this is a read of fit:

Bizwisdom: Best known as an outcome-led Melbourne agency that starts from the brand and its goals. Fits venue groups that need the tone right before the tooling. Trade-off: small team.

Crystal Consulting: Best known for online marketplace expertise, which is where hospitality bookings actually happen. Fits operators reconciling Trustpilot with OTA reviews. Trade-off: a very small practice.

Digital Hipster: Best known as a Lille web and marketing agency. Fits French and Benelux independents that want the site and review flow built together. Trade-off: regional.

POLARIS: Best known for full-service work with large organisations. Fits multi-property groups. Trade-off: heavier engagement than a single venue needs.

Definitely. A single property can get away with a lighter, more hands-on partner, but a 30-property group needs stronger integration, governance, and location-level workflows. For that scale, POLARIS feels like the better fit from this list.
